Try as we may to prevent it, injury happens. Sometimes it's preventable (like those caused by overuse and/or not enough rest). And sometimes we step off the back of a U-Haul and BAM (or more precisely, SNAP) your MCL is torn.

Today's episode is a two-part interview with my friend, Cheri Fletcher. Our first discussion centers around her preparing for MCL surgery. She shares her concerns, her plans for her downtime (because she's a driver like me and never stops moving), and the irony of what she feels God is teacher her through this.

Then I catch up with her again about 10 days post surgery to see how she's recovering, feeling (mentally and physically) and if she indeed was able to BE STILL.

See pictures of Cheri and I, her "Be Still" tatoo, and more on the show notes at GracedHealth.com/cheri-fletcher.
