Make meal planning simple with these unique strategies

Make meal planning simple with these unique strategies

According to Chicago-based food data company Food Genius, up to 80 percent of Americans don't know what they're having for dinner by 4 p.m. the same day. What's more, a majority of consumers don't particularly like the task of making dinner.

The reality is, though, if we invest a little time once a week, we save time wandering through the store on our way home from work or volleyball practice, trying to figure out what’s for dinner that night.  And I know I don’t need to tell you this, but you’ll save money as well. Limiting your trips to once or twice a week limits impulse buys. I’ve also found I save money utilizing my store’s curbside pickup.

At the risk of sounding like I know more than I do, in today's episode I'm sharing a couple hacks I’ve utilized throughout the years. I'm also passing along some other brilliant strategies I've heard so you can figure out what's best for you.

Make sure you stick around to the end, when I share one of my best tips that I forgot to put in originally!

Listen in, then find me on Instagram or Facebook and tell me how you meal plan. Let's help each other out!
