If carbs are not the enemy, why do I feel addicted to them?
I may have convinced you why carbs are not the enemy in my book Your Worthy Body, but you may still feel like they are something to avoid...especially if you feel addicted to them.
Today I'm sharing some of the brain and body science behind this, and delineate between the different types of carbs...and the Disney analogy associated with them.
