How Intuitive Eating may give you the grace and freedom you need

How Intuitive Eating may give you the grace and freedom you need

Today I'm speaking with Erin Todd of the Intuitive Eating for Christian Women podcast. We dig into what Intuitive Eating is, the fear surrounding it, and she gently and gracefully guides me through my own misconceptions about intuitive eating and my own set point.

We discuss:

  • Her personal path to quitting diet culture and embracing an intuitive eating journey
  • The fear that accompanied transitioning to intuitive eating
  • Rejecting the diet mentality
  • Where to start with intuitive eating
  • The set point and how it’s not exactly what I thought it was
  • Bringing pleasure and satisfaction back into food
