I am a sucker for health click bait. Not necessarily because I think it’s going to work, but because I like to see what kind of content is being put out there that I will more than likely have to give a differing perspective to a friend or client at some point.

Today’s guest is one of those stories that don’t necessarily make headlines, but deserves all the clicks and claps and praise. My guest Stephanie Lueras lost over 200 pounds by taking one small, realistic step after another. It’s not exciting, it’s not sexy, and it probably won’t end up on apple news headlines, but this is the kind of story that needs more attention.
