Our body burns calories in different ways depending on our movement. While this discussion is not all encompasing, it provides four types of movements for you to consider as you find your own balanced health.

  • Steady State Cardio/Endurance
  • Resistance/Strength Training
  • NEAT (movement that's not formal exercise)
  • HIIT (high intensity interval training)
