In the third episode of our Mental Health Awareness week, we speak to American tennis player Noah Rubin.
Noah has been as high as 125 ATP and is a former Junior Wimbledon Champion. He is also a former USTA junior national champion in singles and doubles.
Noah has set up his own ‘Behind the Racket’ platform which is giving players a voice on their stories, and encourages conversations on mental health in tennis.
He speaks to Dan about current affairs around tournaments and what can be learned from this challenging COVID-19 period. Noah also opens up in detail about his own mental health journey.
There are so many great lessons for us all in this episode. Enjoy.
