In Today's Episode, we'll be Learning About:
ANTI INFLAMMATORY DIET DETOX: Helps your body detox from a cellular level to lose weight, reduce inflammation, boost energy, and create a better relationship with food.
BE A DETECTIVE: Of your own body and allow yourself to figure out what's holding you back from losing weight and feeling your overall best. This detox will help give you the clues to figure out what's happening in your body.
WHAT TO ELIMINATE:Processed or fried foods, dairy, caffeine, grain, eggs, sugar, alcohol, and soy.
FOODS TO INCLUDE (ORGANIC PREFERRED):Vegetables, Meat / Fish (pasture-raised, wild-caught) Fruit, Beans, Nuts / SeedsWater (purified) – aim for ½ body weight in oz. of filtered or spring water per day
When to Eat: 3 meals per day, 1-2 snacks, eat within 90 minutes of waking up, eat at least 2 hours before bed, and don't go longer than 4 hours without eating.
TRACK YOUR PROGRESS: Write down or use an app to track what foods you're eating and when.
BE PRESENT:When you eat and tap into your five senses to make eating an entire experience.
