SETTING GOALS: Aim to set realistic goals over unrealistic and knowing the difference is crucial for success.

LIMITING BELIEFS: are thoughts, opinions that one believes to be the absolute

truth. They tend to have a negative impact on one's life by stopping them from moving forward and growing on a personal and professional level.

GET CURIOUS: Ask yourself what's no longer serving me and needs to go?

DETOXING: Your body mentally, physically, and spiritually is important.

AGE OF TECHNOLOGY: We live in a time full of nonstop stressors

CREATE SPACIOUSNESS: The more we become connected with technology, the more we can disconnect from ourselves

BALANCE: It's crucial to create good boundaries and balance around technology. It's an incredible tool if we utilize it properly

HABITS: it takes your brain 21 days to create a new habit/ routine and 90 days to make a lifestyle change

CONSISTENCY: is crucial for long term sustainable change

LEVELING UP: When you level up shit will come up

ENERGY: It takes just as much energy to stay in any bad relationship (food, significant other, friends, etc) as it does to leave it
