How to Reduce Inflammation, Lose Weight, and Feel Better Than you Did in your Early 20's | PA32

Have you ever found yourself rapidly trying to work on a plan to improve your health and wellness and wonder why you're having a hard time getting there? Well, I have you covered; I'm spilling the beans of my simple strategy that I use for my clients to achieve the success they desire with proper nutrition, mindset, and everything in between. (spoiler alert: I'm giving away the exact anti-inflammatory diet I use)

GETTING CRYSTAL CLEAR: Helps you obtain the bigger vision you have for yourself and how

essential it is to make sustainable change

ASK YOURSELF: What do I actually want/ desire?

SETTING GOALS: Aim to set realistic goals over unrealistic and knowing the

difference is crucial for success.

LIMITING BELIEFS: are thoughts, opinions that one believes to be the absolute

truth. They tend to have a negative impact on one's life by stopping them from

moving forward and growing on a personal and professional level.

GET CURIOUS: Ask yourself what's no longer serving me and needs to go?

DETOXING: Your body mentally, physically, and spiritually is important.

ENVIRONMENTAL TOXINS: Surround us every day, it's essential to try and detox our

bodies daily with glutathione, saunas, and much more

SUBCUTANEOUS FAT: is stored just beneath the skin and can be pinched with your

fingers; you'll typically find this fat on thighs, legs, and butt. This kind of

fat is protective.

VISCERAL FAT: lies deep within the abdominal walls and surrounds the organs;

this kind of fat is dangerous and harmful

ANTI-INFLAMMATORY DIET: Can help your body learn what it feels like to feel good. Reduce

pain, inflammation, and lose weight.

FOOD INTOLERANCES: Cause an inflammatory response in the body. By doing an

anti-inflammatory diet can help you pinpoint and identify what your body

doesn't like.

ANTI-INFLAMMATORY DIET RESULTS: You'll feel less brain fog, more energy, sleep better, more

concentration and focus, improved digestion, bathroom habits, and so much more.
