How To Take Charge Of Your Body And Step Into The Best Version Of Yourself With Devin Grindrod  | PA24

Being a woman living in today's society is met with the demands of constantly pushing ourselves to pure exhaustion at the expense of our sanity. Today I had the honor of having Devin Grindrod on today's episode, and we dive deep into trauma-informed yoga and learning to love and honor being a woman. I loved the conversation Devin and I shared on today's, and I know you will too!

In Today’s Episode, we’ll be Learning About:

·       LOW-LEVEL QUES: Gaining awareness when your body gives you signals that you should remove yourself from a situation and get grounded.

·       BEING AN EMPATH: Sometimes, as an empath, it’s easier to fall victim to addiction(s) as it helps us cope with the overwhelm that life brings.

·       TRAUMA-INFORMED YOGA: It’s a practice to help you get into your body and help release old trauma through movement and stretch

·       MOON BLEEDING: Cycling your bleeding phase with the moon

·       MOTHER EARTH: Yes, we have biological mothers, but mother earth has continued to give us life on this planet.

·       OUR CYCLES: It should be around 28-31 days, and we should be seeing red blood for about four days. Not brown, black, etc

About The Guest

Devin Grindrod is a strong advocate for empowerment and whole-person healing. Having begun her journey of restoration as a means to overcome trauma, she understands the importance of the mind, body, and spirit connection. Devin has a B.A. in Psychology and is a Trauma-Informed Yoga instructor. She is also a Reiki master, evidential psychic medium, and a vaginal steam practitioner
