I loved this conversation with Sarah Holland, who has been supporting people in the trying to conceive and fertility world for 20 years!
She is SO experienced in what she does and she gives us some incredible insight and tools on how to manage so many different emotional obstacles when we are going through a fertility journey.
We even do a live round of tapping together - and I didn't warn her I was going to ask her to do this, so a big thank you to Sarah for being up for it!!
Tapping is a really quick and powerful way to re-centre and be able to see the spaces in between your thoughts, which can feel so overwhelming.
