#317 A Psychic's View of Meditation, Trauma, and Pre-Incarnation Contracts — with Paul Boulton
In this episode, Roy sits down with Paul Boulton, a professional psychic and therapist from Australia with over two decades of experience, whose client list has included CEOs, doctors, psychologists, and even former nuns and priests. Paul traces his story from an intuitively attuned childhood, through a difficult schooling experience, to firewalking at 1,100 degrees and studying under influential figures in the consciousness field. He introduces his concept of the "pre-incarnation contract" — a framework he uses in his therapeutic work to help clients understand the challenges they carry — and speaks candidly about the categories of trauma and violation he works with most often in his practice, and why he developed his own therapeutic tapping method, Targeted EFT, after finding tarot and palmistry alone weren't enough to help clients move forward. Roy volunteers for a live reading on air, and Paul walks through tarot spreads and palmistry in real time, connecting what he sees to Roy's recent recovery from a spinal injury and his approach to relationships. The conversation closes with Paul's home energy-shielding practice and where to find his work.

Welcome to the meditation podcast. You can find all our episodes on meditationpodcast.org. My guest today doesn't just meditate, he says he can sense what's blocking you before you even sit down to try.
Paul Bolton is a professional psychic and therapist from Australia with over two decades of experience who's worked with everyone from CEOs and doctors to former nuns and priests. He's developed his own form of therapeutic tapping called targeted EFT and today we're going wide meditation in his own heart of flames practice and even pre-incarnation contacts straight from a career spent reading rooms most of us can't even see. If you've ever wondered what meditation looks like through a psychic eyes, stick around.
So welcome, Paul.
[Speaker 1] (0:59 - 1:01)
Oh, hi, Roy. Happy to be here.
[Speaker 2] (1:02 - 1:15)
Yeah. So I mean, and just for those that know, I know Paul because we're in a private business group and we've connected and we've kind of built the relationship from there. So I know what a great person he is.
[Speaker 1] (1:16 - 1:22)
Yeah. Oh, thanks. Yeah.
It's always fun talking to you. We usually find something to laugh about.
[Speaker 2] (1:23 - 1:32)
Exactly. Exactly. So I suppose we'd have to kind of go back to your story, kind of, you know, when you realized you have a gift and how it came about.
[Speaker 1] (1:32 - 5:00)
Oh, yeah. Well, it's interesting when we consider what stage we're conscious, you know, because, you know, research has found that an embryo literally can react and respond and a baby growing in the womb can respond to harsh energy or nurturing energy between their parents and whatever's influencing their mother. So we're all I think we're all psychic and intuitive to a degree.
And as I grew through my early years, I became very aware that I could literally read the room to find out who was the safe person, who was the person that was angry and stressed and tense and all that sort of stuff. And then and so that just that just developed and got better and better frequently. You know, my dad was a policeman, so he could be still all wound up from work and get home and, you know, still be defusing and defragging and all that sort of stuff.
And he could be saying nice things, but his energy could be going like mad and that sort of stuff. So so I'm sure it's a survival trait that we develop in ourselves. And ultimately, we learn we learn what to do in a family.
The funny thing is, you know, we only see the scene from the outside where the family's really excited to have the baby child. But, you know, you got to look at the reality from the reverse. You know, you got this innocent baby that's got no mobility skills, completely dependent, lands into some family that could be nice, sane, loving or extremely wacko and tense.
And the baby's got to get used to whoever's interacting with it in the hope that they'll survive, in the hope that those people will be kind to them, won't scare them and all that sort of stuff. So that first five to seven years is really a big anchoring into, you know, how do I how do I feel about these people? What have what have I learned from the family?
We learn a lot of mannerisms and a lot of beliefs and fears from the family. So most of the nought to seven isn't really that much experiential. It's more acquired beliefs and understandings and fears and all that sort of stuff.
So it's a process of what you acquire, understand, but also what your intuitive feeling centers doing. Because somewhere in there is going to be the balance for how you manage the family you're in and how you respond to that. So, so I was in that way pretty sort of attuned, I think, which sometimes wasn't wasn't a great thing to be, you know, a lot of people might get away with a much more fun life if they if they weren't as sensitive as I was in terms of the energy in various situations.
But, you know, I can only tell you what mine was like. And so, yeah.
[Speaker 2] (5:01 - 6:24)
With, with children, because I see sometimes, I think we all born with this gift, because like, if I, if I look at my, my mother's very good kind of with intuition, touching in about people, she's told me all over the years, don't trust this guy. I knew a guy five years went into business with him. And he shafted me and does other people straight away, like, oh, I like this guy and never had an argument with the person done business for 15 years.
And my, my youngest son, he's 12 now, but he isn't he sometimes he's here when I'm doing calls. And I don't always have the earphones on. So once and I hear and he he'll mention a certain person.
And it's like, he's kind of saying, no, don't trust that person. Oh yeah. That person is nice.
And I kind of go, he's tough, but even when he was younger, you know, there were some people come up to a child, even when he was like three or four, and they're all kind of like, oh, hello. And all this, there was people I knew that weren't nice, but they're all kind of as if like over friendly. And he would not be attracted to him.
He was attracted to people that wouldn't even be gone over their way. It was like, he knew deep down. And I'm just wondering like, do it seems to me, not everyone has the same level, but a lot of the kids that are learning the language, they have that.
And then it's kind of depending on the parents or the schooling system or something like that. It kind of disappears.
[Speaker 1] (6:25 - 11:29)
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Look, I quite very positively like your good self Roy ended up in a convent when I was into grade one and we didn't have primary, we didn't have kindergartens and we didn't have crashes. So it had gone, I'd gone from wild child born, born free and roaming the neighborhood to getting forced into a classroom by these strange looking people in these, in these outfits that were, you know, just like they'd come out of a horror movie. And they were really rough with kids.
And I can remember getting belted quite a few times by the nuns and, and, and it was just like a terrifying aspect of the schooling system because they represented the schooling system. And it was like, who are these witches? You know, what's going on here?
My parents clearly mustn't love me because they've sent me here. And, and then all this stuff to scramble a child's head. And it was like, oh my God.
And, you know, happily by grade four, you know, I don't know if it was much of an improvement, but I can understand guys easier than women because we ended up in a Christian brothers school from grade four till 12. So yeah. So I think a lot of the, those nuns, because they got the children early, they really determined what would be acceptable in terms of spiritual, not even spiritual beliefs, religious beliefs.
Yeah. I think, you know, it might sound a bit cheeky, but you know, one of the statements that I've sort of grown up with is people, people are religious to avoid having a spiritual belief. And, and so it's, it's a bit funny as you go along, because, you know, when I, by the time I was in my grade 10, which is like 15, I had a blossoming, strongly blossoming spiritual aspect that had nothing to do with the Catholic church.
And to the point that I was in the school library and the local library reading about black magic and all this sort of stuff. And the rest of the class is reading, you know, maybe God with the wind or something. And, and I just had to follow where my energy and attention went.
And, you know, I quickly found out that that was way too dark for me, even though it seemed like an interesting thing to do at the time. But if you don't know where the boundary is, where the fence is, you can't come back from the fence. And, and so I'd sort of push the boundaries as I could and then go, yeah, that's not for me.
I'm going to, I'll be doing other things. So it's just being open, really, to what, what works, what's, what feels right, despite what I've been told. And, you know, the same for you, you know, trusting your intuition, you know, we, we have an intuition and we can get really good at using it.
You know, I'll give you an example as he is about a 27 year old. I, I wanted to buy this pretty nice pair of leather dress boots. And so I went to the casino in Brisbane and so I had a hundred bucks and these boots were 200 bucks.
So I went to the roulette table and, and, you know, so I thought I'm going to put a hundred on the black and, and then I'm going to get my money and then I'm going to go and buy the boots. Anyway, so I waited with my intuition. Well, that roulette table went red seven times in a row from that moment.
And I didn't have my money down because I was waiting for the sign and the sign goes, okay, now put it down now, bang. And then went black, got my money left and got my boots. But that's the importance of trusting the intuition, you know.
And, and, and as a bit older than that, I've done four firewalks at 1100 degrees. And when you're looking at flames that are approaching, you know, six meters high and all this hardwoods, woods burning off and the standing close to the fire, your legs, the front of your thighs and calves are burning from the radiant heat off the fire, off the bonfire before they rake it down. And then, then all you've got to do is stand at the bottom of the eight meter long by five meter wide by about 25 meter high pile of ash that's still burning.
And you just wait there for your guidance to go, okay, now walk. And it takes about six steps to get across, you know, that raked out 1100 degrees.
[Speaker 2] (11:31 - 11:33)
So now you're walking around on two stomps.
[Speaker 1] (11:35 - 24:01)
And, and that's the funny thing. The hardest firewalk out of the four was the second one, because, because that was about six months after. And it was like, we spent the next six months going, how come I didn't lose my feet?
How come I didn't end up in AR after that first one? And why the hell would I be trying to risk my luck and do it again? But all of those things have to pass through.
And then in the 80s, you know, you had libraries, there was hardly any bookstores around with any new age or interesting books in there. So, you know, you had to do courses and, and all that sort of stuff and genuinely read lots of books. So if you wanted to be in this sort of an area, and but yeah, so one of the one of the probably most influential books I read in that sort of timeframe was from Robert Munro.
And he's had the Munro Institute in Virginia Beach in the States, which is where some of our friends were a couple of weeks, a couple of weeks ago. And, but it's also the headquarters of Edgar Cayce and the Association for Research and Enlightenment. And Edgar Cayce was called the sleeping prophet.
He died in 1943. But he had 18,000 accredited readings he did in a sleep state. And 4000 of them went missing.
But they've got 14,000 accredited to him there. So it's a really interesting little small village on the east, the Atlantic coast, but it's got this great lineup of things. So the important thing about Robert Munro, back to him for a sec, and the Munro Institute was he trained people to go astral traveling.
And he trained 10s of 1000s of people with the process he had to go out on the silver cord. And, and people could travel anywhere around the world, they could travel to, I believe, different dimensions at times too. So there's a lot of information in that he's got a few great books, one called Far Journeys, and another one called Ultimate Journey.
But in Far Journeys, he had what I worked out for myself was what I think, thought to have been the pre-incarnation recontract that we all must sign before we come here. So I believe there's a higher, higher source of intelligence. You know, sometimes it'll be called source to me, and sometimes it'll be the universe.
And, but I trust that a lot. So I think our reality best looks like this to me, and this everyone's got to have a situation or a scenario that works for them. And maybe they just go, well, you know, you could be a creationist, which is, you know, God did it all, you could be an evolutionist, and, and ultimately believe you've evolved from pond scum, you can very free to have that one as your choice if you want.
And there's a third one called Intelligent Design, actually, and I'll just insert this because it is an insertion process. They took the existing hominoid species and an advanced race, probably ET under our description, upgraded our DNA. And that's what gave us a soul.
And that's what gave us the ability to be in this lifetime. That's one of the possible creation type stories. But back to Robert Munro's story, he was, he was on the outer bands of the earth this time, and he saw a being that was just sitting there with this book in its hand.
And he said, what, what have you got there? And he said, Oh, well, this is the brochure for incarnating on earth. And Robert Munro says, do you mind if I have a look at that?
And so the being hands over the book. And the first category that one had to take on the questionnaire for earth was that you pledge to do your best to love yourself under all conditions in this lifetime. So if you didn't take that box, you weren't allowed to incarnate here.
And this is really one of the hardest planets around to love yourself courageously, because of the way it's been set up. So after that point, though, you can choose just like a breakfast menu, what do you want to be in this incarnation? So maximum points is 1000 points in this questionnaire.
But so if you want to incarnate as a male, though, that was worth 50 points. And so every woman out there and go, I knew it, I knew it, because what it's worth to be a female in this incarnation is 1000 points, maximum points. And you know, I've worked on hundreds and hundreds of women over the decades and telling them that story.
And they'll go, 1000 is not enough points for being here. And I'll go, I'm hearing your sister, I'm hearing you. And because they said the crap we've got to go through.
Oh, my God. And then I go, yeah, yeah, gotcha. And then so she ticks that box.
Well, the next thing you can do if you wanted parents who were loving and nurturing and lived on the edge of town with five acres and a pony, you could have had them but there's zero points attached to that coupling. So and pretty much no one I've met's ever got those parents. Because the part of us doing the questionnaire is the soul that doesn't have a human based intellect attached to it or an emotional body.
So all it's doing is very objectively looking at a list going, well, I'm going to I'm going to wow Roy, he's going to be so impressed with me, I'm going to get him so many points for this incarnation. I'm going to tick every challenging box I can find. And he's just going to love me for it.
Is what your soul would have thought right back in the day. So the next thing it'll be choosing then is it'll choose the most clueless, most dysfunctional parental coupling available at the time of incarnation because they're worth 1000 each. So it'll tick those boxes.
And then it might take position in the family to be born into any health challenges just to get a few more points with some of those. And then it'll work its way down. And there's a there's a category in there called S, A and V.
It's got an asterisk on it. And it's got 4000 points attached to it. So the soul at this point is going I'm just I'm going famously here.
I'm just going to tick everything didn't bother checking what the asterisk meant. It gets down to the bottom and it says there, look, I've got maximum score 54,000 points. And this pen comes handing handed across to them and said sign here, please.
And it gets ready to sign. And it signs and the next thing that happens is this big pair of scissors turns up and goes snip. And that's the last anyone remembers about the contract they signed.
So the next thing that happens is they're going way into the conception scenario of their parents. And then nine months later, they arrive. And but S, A and V is a really challenging category.
And I think it's so prevalent in society and in my view of the contract that stands for sexual abuse and violation. And so in these Western countries, the the ratios for sexual abuse in women, they say it's one in three and boys, they say it's one in five boys and men, women and girls, one in three, one in five. Well, I think anyone who spent any time examining that ratio would know it's way worse than that.
So when I work with people, I can say, I said, here comes the four categories that are my mind works within your mind or work with. So category one is the reaction to any time they felt miles were sleazy, dodgy, scammy or inappropriate and, and, and that's everywhere. Could be on a movie, it could be spoken to a woman across the street, but a woman will still feel that impact and react to it.
Category two is inappropriate, touch handling, tickling, anytime. Category three is guys flashing at people and scaring them. And this is a biggie.
Category four is any and every time a person feels they weren't appropriately, respectfully, sexually engaged with. So the amount of times because I do palmistry, so when I look at somebody's palm, I can see where the violation area shows up on the heart line. And, and I can be saying to the person, well, look at that, you've got, you know, violation trauma there, and they'll confidently tell me they don't.
And then I'll give them the categories and then they'll go, Oh, yes, I do. And because what the price of that is for the individual as it creates coping mechanisms and fear and wound and hurt and overwhelm and trauma, which also then goes on to create communication issues and phobia, intimacy issues and phobia and commitment issues and phobia. And frequently as well, they can get depression for free if they've got that stuff going on.
And those sort of topics and scenarios, they keep very quietly and deep within themselves. It's really, one's only going to notice that, for the most part, if you're in a relationship with a woman that's had that degree of violation. And, and so that's why I've developed the tapping therapy you mentioned earlier, the targeted EFT, which work at reducing the impact of hurtful, traumatizing, scary mental files that the conscious mind will hang on to.
Um, so, um, there's an important scene there because, um, 20 years ago, over 20 years ago, when I had my, one of my shops in Brisbane city for about two and a half years, I would, I would work a week less in a very busy part of town. And, and by doing the palmistry and then the cards for people, I was quickly realizing that I didn't have a tool that was well enough to help them after that point. And around that time, 25 years ago, I learned the tapping process of EFT, emotional freedoms techniques.
And, um, but even then it didn't go to where my clients needed the topic to go. So then I started writing my own statements and now I've got a bank of, um, about 80 that I have in my kit for when I'm working on an adult, but over the, over the decades, I would have written over 500 statements. And, um, so basically, um, what that means is, um, whatever the, whatever the range of topics a person's being impacted by, I'll have a statement that I can, uh, get them to read through and then I'll tap the points with them and then, and then take the topic from big to manageable.
And the goal of the whole process is quiet in the head, boost the heart, courage lives in the heart. So if we don't have the courage to believe in ourself, love ourselves and, and take on a new path, um, then it won't be happening because the head will just immobilize us. And, um, you know, you're just saying that time and again with, um, people and sometimes ourselves in our own world, we'll do stuff like that.
So, um, Fascinating.
[Speaker 2] (24:02 - 24:14)
And just to kind of touch on a few of the things that you're saying, first of all, how'd you go back and kick your soul into the balls when it's the contract that people have seen just like, I made that decision. That wasn't the brightest.
[Speaker 1] (24:15 - 24:30)
Yeah, exactly. I often go, it's like, you know, the soul will be waiting for our, our in, you know, when we finished this life and we'll go, what did you think? And they'll go, come here, you bastard.
I'll get you.
[Speaker 2] (24:32 - 25:04)
Like you were mentioning going to the kind of Christian brother school, I went to one as well. And yeah, some of them were lovely, but yeah, there was a lot of dodgy guys. Nobody went near me.
And I think they can just from learning things, they tend to know who's got kind of a father figure and just strengthen the family. They keep away from them. They look for people where there's weaknesses.
So even doing technical drawing, we had a joke. I mean, we were 13 at that stage and we had a joke. If you drop the rubber, kick it out the door, don't bend down to pick it up.
Exactly.
[Speaker 1] (25:06 - 26:57)
Exactly. And, uh, you know, one of my, one of my Christian years after we were at school, I was working in a market and a Christian brother who'd left the brothers turned up and I'd sort of, you know, said hello to him and we just had a bit of a chat and he said to me, he said, Jim, do you want to know why you and your brother were never, were never got at by any of the Christian brothers? And, uh, I said, I didn't know we were targets because nothing ever happened to either of us.
And they said, well, all of us Christian brothers knew your dad was a copper. And I was like, wow. You know, the things you hear, you know, decades later.
And, um, and my dad was a Protestant on top of that too, from Newcastle, say a Geordie. So they were very wise not to go near us because, um, you know, he had a bit of bitters, excuse me, a bit of stuff on his liver. He probably wouldn't mind venting and, um, and, and would have quite brutally I'm sure.
Um, but yeah, look, you know, I can remember being in grade four, which made me about nine. And, um, you know, we, the word was stay away from that Christian brother. You know, he was, he's a poof and, um, none of us knew what the hell a poof was, but we knew what the sentence stay away from him meant.
And so we did. And, um, but, um, yeah, you know, like kids, kids and, and whatever, they're pretty savvy. They're pretty onto things.
And, um, so, um, yeah.
[Speaker 2] (26:58 - 27:29)
So when I was, uh, I think 15, uh, the, the, the principal, brother Walter was his name and it was kind of random. So we'd be hanging out in the corridor and he told everyone, get out. And next he's slapping everyone on the ass as they're going off.
I caught his finger and bent it behind his back. And I, I remember the face of my friends. They all were like, so they sent me to the library and nobody, and I was there for about two or three, they'd done nothing because I was just defending myself.
I was like, you're not touching my ass, you know?
[Speaker 1] (27:30 - 27:31)
Yeah. Yeah.
[Speaker 2] (27:31 - 28:08)
Yeah. So it was like, never went near me then again after that. Like, but, uh, it's just strange that they kind of, we knew what was going on.
And then in Ireland it's like, yeah, they knew they were doing something. Yeah. You're going to the next parish and start again.
And then it's like, and I don't know, is that international and everything? And the worst thing is I have met some incredible Christian brothers that really cared about the students and everything. Nothing wrong with them at all.
They had a devotion and then they're tired with the same brush. So that's the sad side of it then as well, because everybody kind of thinks they're all the same and they're not.
[Speaker 1] (28:09 - 28:46)
No, you're very, you're very true. They're very true. They're not all the same.
And, um, yeah, look, and, and, and the nuns weren't all bad, but I've got to tell you, I had a bit of a twitch for decades after leaving the school, the convent, when I was driving, that if there was any on the footpath, I could feel, feel the odd hand sort of on the steering wheel. I might just do a bit of, bit of retribution here. That's not true, audience.
That's just a funny story.
[Speaker 2] (28:47 - 29:08)
So for those that are watching, cause this is going out on YouTube, Bitchute and Rumble. So you've obviously got, uh, your studio is kind of like what you've got there is I can see like the curtains, but to me it looks like a confession box because it's, and I know you, you've had, you've had cleans as nuns and priests. So you have to tell us the story on them.
[Speaker 1] (29:10 - 33:44)
Well, you know, when you have a door that's open to the public, then you just got to take who turns up, you know, um, and, um, and, and, you know, these guys weren't in there any sort of defining robes, but this, this woman turned up and I'd shown her violation trauma here. And, and, uh, she was going to get in the reading. I always have my tarot pack nice and handy like I do right now.
And, um, but as we were doing these spreads, I'm going, wow, you know, that violation traumas really knocked you around. You can see it in the spreads here that, that it's caused this, um, this concern. And, and she said, um, uh, yeah, when I was nine, I got, um, I got touched up by the local Bishop and, um, and I think she was Irish as well, actually.
And, uh, but then, then I go, well, why, why did you become a nun? And, um, and it was like, you know, job security, um, you know, she, she, she felt guilty enough about what happened. And that's probably part of the process is often the perpetrators.
Um, and certainly I've had this told to me that hundreds of times from women that have been violated and look guys have as well, but they're a lot more quieter about it than, than the women, because, you know, the women came to share about their hurts and, um, um, but often those, uh, threats, they, those violations come with a threat. So the priest, the priest or Bishop at that particular time would have given her a threat. But, um, uh, and then sometimes with priests coming in, you know, they're, um, they can, they can be, you know, very normal in every other area of their life.
Um, and I just happened to be a priest. Um, and, you know, I'm sure you've got information a bit from, um, insider trading there, Roy, in your history that you'll know that some of those priests had, you know, sexual relationships with, if it wasn't the nuns, it was various parishioners that they'd be, you know, going around on their weekly visits and coming out with the roll, the rosary beads in their hands and, you know, doing a bit of a blessing, you know, thank you, mother Teresa, um, all the rest of it. And, um, and thank God for Dave Allen jokes over the decades because he had plenty of, of, uh, material to work with when it comes to stories like that. Um, but yeah, but you know, one, one priest I knew and, you know, he had a, he, his parents were quite rich, but you know, he had the only V8 GT Falcon in town and he was a priest and, uh, you know, and he, a big fat happy sort of a dude and had lots of, uh, friends and acquaintances and, you know, he used to love, love his ultra wine, you know, before and after and late into the evening and all this sort of stuff. And, you know, they'd get plastered, they'd never get booked, they'd get plastered, they'd get through a breathalyzer or all that sort of stuff, you know, pull out their cross and, uh, just, just get back to the parish and, you know, it's, you know, society is aware enough to know that, that there's layers of, layers of, um, access and priests and nuns and, and bishops and those sort of guys were in their own sort of league of, um, you know, the access all areas pass and, uh, you know, there's no way a policeman's going to, you know, book a priest. Um, you know, they might give them an escort home or something just to make sure that, um, you know, they've, they've done the right thing by their superiors because, you know, in Australia, the police, there's a major portion of them that's said to be Freemasons.
And then you've got a whole bunch of them that are Catholics. And that's a bit of oil and water in the story, uh, when it comes to getting a promotion, because if you're not, if you don't have the right handshake, you're not going any higher than this with this bit. And we know, we know how all systems are rooted.
[Speaker 2] (33:45 - 34:04)
Um, that's not just in Australia that's happening around the world. And I remember when we were, we, we asked one time a priest, same thing, fancy care, or like, you know, like kind of, what's the reason for having such a fancy care? Oh, if I have to give last rights, I don't, I don't need my car to be breaking down.
That's the answer we got.
[Speaker 1] (34:05 - 34:15)
Yeah. The last guy who said that had had the new BMW. I'm pretty sure a Beetle to get you there just as fast.
[Speaker 2] (34:16 - 34:19)
A Toyota is probably the most reliable, like, why not take one of them?
[Speaker 1] (34:20 - 34:39)
Yeah, exactly. You know, they're just making it up as they're going along. Who knows?
Who knows? I mean, there's a lot of areas one could, there's plenty of, plenty of material to work off from the Catholic church, but we won't go there. I don't see.
[Speaker 2] (34:39 - 34:52)
Exactly. We've done enough of it. So you, you, you mentioned the card.
So for those that don't know about the cards, maybe they've heard about it. It might explain like how it works. What, what way you kind of tap into.
[Speaker 1] (34:52 - 42:05)
Okay. Yeah. Yeah.
Great question. Thanks, Roy. This is, this is a tarot pack.
So I want many of your viewers to see there's no flames coming off these. Okay. They're just 78 cards.
The tarot has been around for, they think thousands of years. It could have originated in Egypt. It did have a Renaissance in the middle ages.
And with the Marseille pack, which was all vinyl cuts, the difference between your normal playing deck that people use for poker. And that comes from this pack. It was around long before playing cards were so they've just taken the minor arcana out of this pack.
And the minor arcana means Kings down to ice in four suits. So the playing pack has diamonds, clubs, hearts, and spades. And the tarot suits have the same drawings, but it's pentacles, cups, wands, and swords.
So that bit's the same. And then there's 22 major arcana in here as well. So that's the things like the high priestess, the Empress, the world, the fool, the death card, the tower, all these sort of things.
I mean, everybody remembers the Bond movie around 73, which was live and let die. And, and the card reader in that movie was called solitaire. Might have been Jane Seymour, not sure somebody like that back in the day.
Anyway, but James Bond asked, she said, I'll do a spread for you, Mr. Bond. And sure enough, she does a spread and he selects this card, and it's the death card and the music goes, and everybody gets all sorts of spooked. And, but in reality, it's really about the intention of the reader.
So for me, my intention is, and we spoke off air that Roy's volunteered to be the guinea pig here. Because there's only two of us. So good on you, Roy.
So, so what we're going to do here is I'm just going to do the normal first three spreads I do for any of my clients. And I have clients all around the world. I read on over the phone or on zoom or on messenger and whatever.
So the main thing I want to know, and because I want to help them know, how are they really showing up? Because their head can go, I'm fine. I'm fine.
I'm fine. My empathic ability goes, you lying sod, you're an absolute train, train smash. And, and then I'll do some tarot spreads and I'll go, geez, I never looked this bad before.
And, and so that's what we're going to have a look at. So we want to see how's, how does, how's the universe view how Roy is in this moment. So nice expose for you.
So Roy in this moment. So I shuffle and I cut him into three. So it's not surprising that Roy's a bit tired at the moment.
Let me just see if I've got this really odd light going on here that makes it difficult to say, is that all shiny Roy? That's what it looks like from my view. Yeah, it's shiny.
Yeah. Let me just see what I can get to. Now that's better.
I can see it now. That's a bit better. So that's the four of swords.
Now for people that need a bit more of a description about what they're looking at, that's a person lying on a slab in a mausoleum. Swords are the mental aspect of the tarot. And so in relation to Roy at the moment, this is, boy, I'd love a holiday because that's the kind of someone that's doing a lot of work and they're really quite mentally exhausted and could go a good rest.
So that's one of the three stacks I'm looking at. What's nice about this one for you, Roy, is let's see that King of Rods. So King of Rods is the business king.
And we know your vast lineup of podcasting services that you offer and you don't get called the pod master for nothing. But that's the king of business. So I always have to go two cards after that under the same deck to get a description on you.
And you can say, see here, this person's using their tools and skills to create with and to create their income with. And so that says, you know, that's called the artist in that card, which is you using your skills. And then down here is the sun and the sun's one of the 22 major cards.
And so that's all about being sunny and fun and lively and lovely and all those good qualities that you've got there. So that's your nature. And then in the middle is the Ace of Pentacles.
So that's the Ace of Diamonds in the standard playing pack. But the Ace of Pentacles is heart's desired wish coming your way. So more business, more prosperity, more fun, more interaction with fun, interesting guests, that sort of thing.
So that's a good thing to see your initial story. So the next thing I always want to see, though, is what what's going on between that ear and that ear, because that's really where the rubber meets the road for all of us, because we can all look a bit flash in our Hawaiian shirt. But the real thing, the important bit is, then the question I ask is, how does the universe view Roy's mental and psychological health and balance at the moment?
So obviously, he's got nothing to worry about with this one. So we'll see what it says. Roy's mental and psychological health and balance.
This one, Seven of Pentacles. You can see that person there. They're just impatiently waiting for the fruit to ripen on the bough, they call that one on the tree.
And so and they're all exhausted. So I always translate this one because I've been doing tarot for 45 years. I consider this card to mean life, love, work, and the world all suck at the moment.
And it's another card that suggests a holiday or some time off would be really good for you because you're showing up a bit sort of fang-tired. Then we've got this one, mental and psychological health and balance. That's the big judgment card.
And let me just get a good angle on it. So you can see there, that's energy and stuff being trumpeted in by the angels. So that's a good card, good news coming, good energy coming.
That's lovely. And then the third one, which highlights how stressed and tired this poor bloke is, is the Ten of Swords. So that's Roy having a bit of a kip down there with ten swords in his back.
[Speaker 2] (42:05 - 42:08)
I was wondering why he was so sore.
[Speaker 1] (42:09 - 49:50)
Yeah, exactly. So this is a bit of an intense acupuncture session by the look of it. But the swords have been put in by carrying a big load sometimes, also by people that have done a number on you or feeling what they have.
And there's only two good things about the Ten of Swords and you'll be pleased about the first one, Roy. You can't get more than ten swords in your back. So yay me, aren't I lucky?
And the next one is New Day dawning on the horizon line. So you can see the sunrise off in the distance there as this dark night ends. So it's really, it's really just showing how much pressure you're managing, as much as you come across as you genuinely are this kind, sweet-hearted professional.
But it's the behind the scenes bit. You'll be happy that I've got my confessional screen up here at the moment. So you'll be able to, I'll be able to give you some rosaries or something in a minute.
The next spread we're going to look at is, how's the universe view your health at the moment? So we'll see what that looks like. How's the universe view Roy's health at the moment?
So look at that, you're coming straight back in as that king of swords, that king of rods again. So that's the king of business, good at what you do, highly focused on it. That's really good.
Here's the description. That's the card of 80 cups. That's the need to be more objective, which is fine, moving away from the emotional way of dealing with things.
So staying as objective as you can. And then here's the old head coming back in going, love that holiday. We've got to book that holiday because that one's, that's stress tense, a bit anxious at times.
And that's just working through your diary and the long list of people that you're working with. And then back to you being the, what you're showing up is, see they're the only two cards there in 78 that are, that are about someone who works for their trade, works in their trade to create their reality. And so that's showing us the quality of the business and the podcast connections you've made and all that sort of stuff.
Now this is a bit nice because in the middle on your health, that's the big guardian angel card. In the tarot, it's called the temperance card, but long ago, I've decided that that's, that's a guardian angel, you know, every day of the week, as far as I'm concerned. So it's, it's protection for you.
And then over here, this is all related to your health. That's the, what have we got? Six of swords, I think seven, seven of rods, I should say, what am I talking about?
But that's the card of actually being in a really good position. And on top of the heap and those people are all there just, and you're just managing everybody with aplomb. So, you know, that's, that's really quite good.
So when I'm working with somebody, I'll do those, those three spreads all the time. And then after that, it's like, okay, what areas you want to look at? Do you want to look at your relationship?
Do you want to look at your business? Do you want to look at how your children are? How they feel?
Why aren't they talking to you? You know, those important questions. And sometimes why are they talking to me?
I just need a break. But whatever the angle is, we can follow those, those scenarios. And I had a shop in a resort town in Australia here for 14 years and ended up having to close it due to COVID because everybody stopped traveling.
But probably about five years before I closed it, I had this guy turn up and he looked very well to do. And I looked at his first spread and I said to him, geez, this says here you're worth 5 million bucks. And he said 10.
And I went, oh, okay. And, and anyway, what we arranged was because he lived in Queenstown in South, Southern New Zealand, South Island. And so he had a business to sell.
He had, he's built his money around insurance companies and wanted to sell off some in different towns. So what, what we would do is he would say, he'd give me a ring from Queenstown and go, I've got a meeting this afternoon with these people from maybe say Christchurch. There's three people coming, a man, a woman and a man.
Can you tell me how the meeting will go? So this was four hours before the meeting. So I'd do spreads for him about how the meeting would go.
And so I'd say, okay, do a shuffle and we'd be talking it through. I'm going, well, this first guy, he's interested to see your books, but he won't be able to get the money in time. So he's not really a player.
I said, the woman, the woman, yeah, loves, loves the business, but reckons you're pretty cute. And she'd actually like the whole package, which will probably upset your wife, no end. And, and he's gone, bloody hell.
Yeah, we don't want to do that. And then, and then it was what about the third guy then? And it was like, yeah, he's got the money.
He's the one who buy it. And across 18 months, we sold off several parts of his business, doing tarot spreads before the meetings. And he would ring me after the meeting and go, well, this is what happened.
And yeah, like, thanks for the heads up. I was onto that woman and making sure I was not doing anything that looked like an advance to her. So, um, and I remember when I do palmistry, as I mentioned, and I was getting some fuel one day and in Brisbane, and, um, this guy had found out through the girl working on the cash register there that, that I did ratings.
And, and he said, can I see, can I, would you do, would I read his palm? So I said, yeah, sure. So I had a look at his palm and he looked a bit like Patrick Stewart out of, um, Star Trek and the actor and, um, that sort of thing.
And I just looked at his palm and the feeling that I had was, was, uh, the best thing, the best thing I can say to this man is, um, I reckon the best thing you can do is just live every day with the greatest amount of love and passion and fun that you can muster. And, um, he said, oh, that's what I always do. And I said, well, yeah, that's the right thing for you to do.
So about three weeks later, I came back to that survey to get some more fuel. And, um, the lady on the counter that I'd known, because she'd been a client of mine, she said that guy dropped dead on the driveway the week after. And, um, and it was like, it's in his late fifties.
So it was a case of going, well, you know, I didn't necessarily see his death, but, but I did feel that he, the best thing he could be is just believing in himself.
[Speaker 2] (49:51 - 50:40)
Um, so, um, um, I suppose I should touch on what you've said to the carrots, because not everybody knows what's going on in my life because I'm not exactly set. So I am tired because I am working very hard and I had a health issue at Christmas because I, uh, fractured my spine, my, uh, L1 and my vertebrae. And it kind of knocked me out for a few months and, you know, everything kind of had a, a kind of ripple effect.
So I've been both working hard, loads of things now coming together, all the different businesses that I'm doing. But it's like, even my brother was trying to get me to go to Ireland for yesterday, because it was my mother's birthday and he wanted me to be there and I wanted to be there. And I just said, I can't, I'm just in the middle of so many different things.
[Speaker 1] (50:41 - 51:28)
Yeah. And that's why you would have got that card. So, cause it goes right down your spine and, and, um, yeah, wow.
Wow. And see L1 too, which is lumbar, isn't it? Right down low.
Um, that's the financial area when you look at somebody psychosomatically. So, um, uh, where the first chakra is in that sort of region, and you can work up with, um, issues around the body, depending upon the chakra reference that, that they're in. Uh, so there's a, there's a lot to know.
Well, that's really insightful then to hear that come through in your spreads then. Wow. So, um, so, so your, let me just check your recovery has, has the back been since then?
[Speaker 2] (51:28 - 51:39)
No, it's like, I'm going to the gym now, you know, and I do back classes and I take an hour of a walk most days. And I'm like, I'm not a hundred percent, but I'm like, yeah, I'm 90.
[Speaker 1] (51:39 - 52:58)
So we'll just have a look at that. Um, yeah, yeah, you really are actually look at that, that this card here is the healing card. So you can see there's the Sun God Ra for the spiritual healing.
There's the mental alignment and there's the emotional alignment. And so, and then right in here is the medical symbol that intertwined snakes. That's called the caduceus.
And so that's the card that's saying medical help and health has been, um, apportioned here. There's the card of having the wishes high for a healthy, strong recovery. And there's that one there about you working in a new way to keep yourself balanced and managing all of that.
So super cool line up there, cause that's you right now in terms of your health. So, um, you'd be a lot more, uh, vigilant about, about the degree of load you carry now. So, um, so that was like a, a warning shot across the bowels to go slow down, lad or we'll bloody put the next one through your ears.
But, you know, that's just how it goes. You know, we all get a few warning shots.
[Speaker 2] (52:59 - 53:09)
So, cause I, I hit you cause you were talking about the, the palm reading and, you know, I I'm hearing a people. So what other things can, can you determine from looking at somebody's palm?
[Speaker 1] (53:09 - 57:05)
Oh yeah. So, um, can you maybe put your hand up to the wind, to the, my, my right or my left hand? Does it matter?
You're right. No, you're right. Please.
Yeah. So, um, so what we're looking at in Roy's palm is the lifeline is this big dark line running through here. And so you can see on Roy's palm that he's got a very dark, strong lifeline.
That's a wonderful indication of someone who's structurally really healthy, uh, really kind of, um, yeah, really healthy and strong. And that's what we want to say. There's a line that comes off that at the top there and it goes across the palm and that's the headline.
So I've read for about 4,000 palms in about 45 years and, and five or so university professors. And what you see with Roy's palm, and you'll see it as well on mine, if I can get the camera to be nice as my headline goes right across to under my little finger and Roy's goes across to under his ring finger. But as soon as it gets onto that nice big padded section, which is sitting in here, they call that the mound of lunar, the mound of the moon.
That's the psychic bit. Yeah. That big padded bit there.
Exactly. So when your headline comes up onto that, that says you're naturally psychically sharp and gifted. The, the university professors all had a very, very short headline, which says analytically good, but you know, you'd need to give them a note if they were going to the shops because they bloody forget what you're supposed to bring home.
And, and then the, the line coming from under the little finger and sweeping back that way is just the heart line. And so it's arcing up where it should be, which is aiming between the index finger and the long finger. And that's Roy loves to love.
Then when you look deeper at that, that palm, the wear and tear Roy's had, that his heart line shown me at the moment said, despite those boyish good looks of his and that nice energetic presence, he's been hammered this fella absolutely brutally hammered from the start all the way through, which is why there's not that much energy as that heart line sweeps up into Roy loves to love. In fact, when it gets to the end of the dark section under the big finger, you can see a little line that arcs across to the headline and it just sort of drops drapes like that, spin around and have a look at it. So, so you can see what I'm talking about.
Can you have a look at it, right? So at the, at the end of your way that where it arcs up, you'll just see a little line that, that just trickles over onto the headline. So that's called I'm looking for safety.
And then there's a few lines that lead the heart line and go straight in back into the headline. And that's called, let me think about it. So what wear and tear has done to Roy's emotional journey is it's made him, despite him looking like the catch of the day, it's made him, it's made him feel super cautious about how much he's prepared to put on the line now.
And so, and that will be reflected in the relationship. And then what you do have, if you look under the, under the base of your ring finger, you'll see a little triangle come down off your rings, ring finger on the, just around that callus of yours, just spin that around and see that little triangle. Yeah.
Yeah. So that's called a girdle of Venus that says you've got a real sweet heart in there, which is very nice. What star sign are you?
[Speaker 2] (57:05 - 57:06)
Libra.
[Speaker 1] (57:07 - 57:54)
Libra. Okay. Well, we know they're ruled by Venus.
So, and then when you look where the lifeline arcs around, there's a line coming off the base of your palm, moving up and it's a single line. It's quite strong. It's heading towards the big finger.
Just swing around and have a look at that. And that's your fate line. That's your business line.
So that says really determined, really good at business, really able to create well with all of that going on. And just where the webbing of the thumb joins the hand there, there's a little postage stamp section going back up to where those two lifeline and headline merge. Just spin around and have a look at that.
[Speaker 2] (57:54 - 57:55)
Yes, they are so.
[Speaker 1] (57:56 - 1:01:08)
Higher. So just, just bring your finger up in just, yeah, just bring it exactly there. Exactly.
That's called the mound of Mars. And that's really quite busy, which actually says that you'll be able to attest, we're always lucky to be breathing considering the crap he's endured and you'll go, yes, I am. Yes, I am.
And so overall, you've got a great palm there. What's significant about it as well, when you're taking palmistry, you take into account the length of the fingers. So for me, I've got quite long fingers.
So that's the hand of the artist, the musician, the painter. And decades ago, when I had more time, I used to do portraits, acrylic portraits. But what, what Roy's got is you'll see a similar lineup of length and, and width of the fingers.
And this is the hand of the worker, which means he'll be bloody work until he drops, which is probably not a surprise to him either. And he won't be, there'll be no retirement plan needed here. But overall, it's a great palm.
And, you know, when I've met people at parties, I could shake their hands. I just imagine I'm shaking your hand, Roy. And as I pull back, I'll just slowly rotate the hand so I can have a look at their palm as I'm pulling away.
And that'll tell me whether I'm prepared to talk to them anymore or not. Because I'll see where their heartlines at, I'll see where their headlines at. And, and it'll, by then I'll already know whether they're a person of quality and depth or, or, you know, I'm just, just a waste of time.
And, you know, I can, you know, I remember, you know, sometimes when I had my shop, you know, I'd sort of go to meet somebody and go, you know, welcome. And I said, I'll read your palm for free if you like. And, and most people would stick their hand out quite, quite happily and willingly.
But I can remember these two ladies turned up in this when I went to do that offer to this lady, she pulled it back like that. And I said, Listen, love, I was only going to read your palm. It's not a bloody marriage proposal.
And she was all sorts of terrified. And her friend with it, she just, just doubled up in laughter and just went, Yeah, she's a bit psycho. But there's a lot to be seen in palmistry.
And the main person I've learned from, was, wrote books over 100 years ago, and he was called Cairo. And it's spelt C-H-E-I-R-O. Cairo Mansi was his version of palmistry.
And that's the one I've learned. And I've got stacks of his books from from 100 years ago.
[Speaker 2] (1:01:09 - 1:02:41)
And, And just before you kind of delve into it, because I think it's relevant, what you've just said, because, I mean, you know, we've had a few conversations, but you don't know me deep down. You don't know much about my life and everything, right? So, you know, because people might say, Ah, he knows this, he knows this.
You were saying, you know, kind of strange you're still around, because I did go through major kind of turmoil and, you know, lost everything, five million. But I remember being at an event when I kind of overcame it, but was still kind of in it. And there was a guy that was there that I met, and he trained Navy SEALs and everything.
And he said, he started to roar and cry after I told him the whole story, because there's a lot, there's a load of different things that were done to me. And he says, you're the strongest person I've ever seen. And he's training all the Navy SEALs and all these different people.
And there was somebody else that was there. They were kind of shocked as well, just kind of, you know, listening to it. Regarding everything else that you were saying, yeah, same in the relationships.
Like I have been in, you know, relationships that just kind of, you know, knocked the window to me. And it was kind of like, all right, no, I don't need, I haven't been in a relationship for like 10 years. I'm very happy in my own skin.
And it was kind of like, yeah, I don't want this to happen to me again, because there was so many. So you didn't know none of that, but I'm just saying it as it is. And I know for the listeners, because I've never had my palm read.
So I was just very curious. And it was interesting. And I appreciate you doing that, actually, on the things.
[Speaker 1] (1:02:42 - 1:05:44)
Well, this is why I went from palmistry and tarot to doing the tapping therapy. Because that's the lead in to going, okay, well, I know that these 25 statements I can line up and then tap through with Roy, which we can do on a Zoom call sometime, will take the unnecessary mental stress and pressure out of his mind. It'll boost his heart.
And, and then the whole system runs karma, because it's happier. And it's more in balance. Because, you know, the people, the thing people don't realize about relationships is, you can really only bring in your emotional and energetic equal.
So somebody who's lived a similar, not necessarily the same, but a similar lineup of, of challenge, trauma, violation, rejection, abandonment issues, all of these sort of heavy duty pressure things, they, they can get that all that that emanates from them. So what does the head do? When the when along comes to somebody that they go, Oh, my God, he's the one, he feels so familiar to me.
He's my soulmate, he's the head coming up with all these bloody statements. But the reality is, is there's a recognition of, of mutual energy of wound that these people are linking on. So, so in many cases, and it's going to sound really odd, you know, if somebody does really wag you and knock the stuffing out of you and makes you all gaga, that is the first person to run from, not the first person to run to, because they're, they're a reflection of your own damage.
Now, now, we're going to attract those people anyway, because that's how the system works down here. But in the relationship I have with my partner, which is 14 years next week, we did a contract, and the contract included that I'll be kind, we'll both be monogamous, we'll both be caring, all of these sorts of beautiful details. But, but there was a clause in there that said, when your stuff comes up, I'm not going to abandon you.
I'm going to be, I'm going to be strong for you and help, help you through it. And then when I'm wobbling and a bit sort of ordinary, please do the same for me. So we can take this relationship and rise with the energy and the vibration and then move up to that plateau and then work from there.
And so the goal of love is to do that. But I appreciate why you'd be gun shy Roy with that palm of yours. Because it'd be like, man, have I got a sign on me?
[Speaker 2] (1:05:46 - 1:06:18)
But the thing is, I was kind of, I was conscious then that I'm attracted to a certain type because I was going with like, you know, extremely beautiful, and then it starts off good and then it goes wrong. But now I know, I feel it and I go, okay, no, because I kind of, I'm conscious of it. I'm kind of paying attention and going, I know this not, person is not for me.
I just, you know, whereas before I wouldn't even be, whether I'm tapping into my intuition or my heart or whatever, I'd be, okay, yep, here we go. And I'd be back down the, you know, spiral.
[Speaker 1] (1:06:18 - 1:06:21)
Yeah, yeah. Snakes and ladders with not enough ladders.
[Speaker 2] (1:06:23 - 1:06:39)
And just what you, what you've just said there as well, because prior to recording, you know, you were just talking about, oh, your partner will be coming. She'd be coming back from work and after dinner, I'd be having the, I could just see the love for you to have her. And the fact that you're 14 years together, I love seeing that.
[Speaker 1] (1:06:39 - 1:16:24)
Yeah, yeah. She's really good. And when I have a perfect partner wishlist for perfect partner, perfect job, perfect time, perfect life.
So people that do therapy with me, by the time they finish, they get to work on presenting a new contract to the universe. Now in the perfect partner wishlist, it's about that thick, four or five lines, and it starts off with single and available. So over the decades, as someone working in this field, when I've been single, I met plenty of women that were available.
They just weren't single. And, and you want single and available. And then on the second line is mentally, emotionally stable, available, courageous and evolved, great communicator.
And then before Elaine turned up, my partner now, because I'm a Leo, and Leos are great nurturers, among other things, but we're great nurturers, and we're very family. I put an extra few clauses in which said, has to be able to outnurture me. Because I've never been in a relationship that I've been outnurtured in.
And because, you know, I was over the, you know, the model who, you know, would swan around and then get on the couch and go, you know, you know, my drink needs topping up. What's, what's for dinner, honey? And, you know, all this sort of crap.
So then I'd be going, you know, well, whatever you're going to make me, baby. And that's what's for dinner. And so what it's come down to is by adding that clause in, it's then, then improve the nurturing component, which is so vital and crucial.
And, you know, I remember one of my girlfriends about 25 years ago, she is one of her policies was, why would I stay home and cook when, when I'm endangering a chef that clearly needs to have some more customers. So we'd better go out for dinner. And I got to a point there, and I realised I can't afford to keep this one.
And so, you know, she got booted. So, but, but it's, it's interesting watching your progress, everybody's progress. So, but for yourself, though, it'll be good.
We'll, we'll arrange some tapping sometime as a gift to you. Because there's too much quality there, Roy, for you to bloody have the barbed wire fence, the electrified barbed wire fence out at the moment. And so, you know, the, the best, the best of time is going to be the rest of your time.
So that's the important thing. But, you know, we've got a head there that's so nervous about being shafted again, that it's, that it's blocking your ability to feel safe and open up for love and true connection. And, and, and that's, that's where we'd go with the other process, just quiet and down, we've got to get the, got to get the Catholics out of your head, and, and the schooling system and whatever else, and, and the confessional out of there as well.
So, but, you know, that's easy enough to do. It's a pretty, like, it's two hours, the process, but that's actually very quick considering, you know, how much time you could be in therapy, and how, you know, therapy could cost thousands of dollars and go on for a couple of years, where I've done this process on over a thousand people in 25 years. And, and I'll say, what level of stress is your mind?
And they'll go, well, you know, they'll go 70%. And I'll go, no, no, it's worse than that. It's 97.
And then they go, oh, okay. And then I'll go, how about if I get you to about 25% in two hours, would that be okay? And they go, my God, yes, please, where do I sign?
And so that's what the process does, as we go to the in-basket. And while the head's busily defending itself, because it, it doesn't think anything's going to happen, and thinks I'm full of it. Well, by the time we finished the process, I've gone around the back, picked the locks, opened up the mental compartment, taken all the crappy files out, put them in the bin, put in some nice ones to end with, and then just lock everything back up.
And then, then they're back in their moment, and they're feeling happier. They're looking for a thought. They're feeling all topped up in the heart, and safe, and loved, and all of that beautiful stuff going on, that their emanation changes from two hours after we start.
And the world record, I'll just mention this story. 20, 20-something years ago, I was in my shop in Brisbane, and one of the many, many beautiful young 30-year-old businesswomen from town came in, and, and so looking at her cards, and going, okay, well, we're going to do the tapping process. And she said, okay.
And we got to a point there, and I said, do you have a partner at the moment? She said, no. I said, okay, well, because that, that answer didn't register as true for me.
I thought, she's, she's being cagey. So I said, do you have any active booty calls then? And she went, oh, yes, I've got a couple of them.
I said, well, here's the universe. They can't deliver to you, unless the space is a vacuum, and you've got these booty calls taking up the space. So that's not okay.
So then she understood. So we did the process, and, and then she had to put in the booty call names into the homework that she had to do. And so anyway, that was a Friday night.
So on the Tuesday night, about four nights later or something, I'm on a train going up out of Brisbane to a northern Brisbane suburb to see my mum, briefcase and book, just having a read. And then plonk in the seat next to me comes Natalie from the Friday night. And she sits there, and she goes, bloody hell, this homework works fast, because that had the perfect partner wishlist, perfect job, home and life.
And she did all of that. And so she said, bloody hell, this homework works fast. She said, I was with you on the Friday night.
She said, I went home, did my homework. And then on the Saturday night, she said, I was at a party. She said, I got a fully ticked off wishlist at the party, this guy was everything on my list.
That was 24 hours later. And then she said, he only went home this morning. So we can sense a degree of compatibility there.
And then and then six months later, Natalie and Matt were in for how do we look for the marriage and the kids bed. And so that's just one glowing example. You know, the amount of women that have absolutely sworn off guys.
Well, we've made sure that with the process that they're not in the same energy field as the dodgy guys anymore, the users or abusers, by taking them to a higher vibration. They were soon meeting guys at this level. And then they were ready to love again.
And many of them have got married since then. So so the heads usually pulling our chain in relation to just lying through its teeth, because it knows it's a lot you're a lot easier to manage. If it suppresses your desire to be partnered, if you want to, if you want to hear it get noisy, you know, go, you know, tonight, the night is still young tonight, I'm going to go out and meet a beautiful woman and we're going to have drinks and dance and, and then the head's going to go bloody hell, Roy, what's come over you?
You know, this sounds a bit too risky to me. You know, I think you should stay home and clean the bathroom and straighten up the lounge just in case you do get some company that you don't want to be embarrassed about how you normally live, and all this sort of stuff. So it'll go blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, to try and get you to stay home and not risk.
And then you're hard to be gone, but I'm ready to risk, and the head will be able to suppress it. And that's what the therapy does. We go, we we change the dynamic from it's not being mentally based, it's heart based.
And the next time the head goes off with Oh my God, there's a beautiful woman. And then the head will go. But that's right, we don't do them anymore.
So your head, so, so it's already conjured out of risk. So we go, listen, head, who's side are you on? You know, Roy could go a cuddle, no wonder he's so exhausted.
That'll pump up his tires. And, and we'll get him all sorts of topped up. And, and, and the whole story that he's got here has, you know, the podfather will, will then boost like everything else in his life, because he'll be loved, and he'll be appreciated.
And, and he'll be, and that energy will be reflecting back through everything he does. And so, you know, we can turn into a new man in two hours, right? Big S tattered on your chest.
[Speaker 2] (1:16:25 - 1:16:51)
It sounds good. And I think what we need to do is after that, get you back, because I didn't even cover half the stuff you're doing. And it's just a fascinating conversation for me anyway.
But you've also graciously agreed to give some meditations and different things that you're doing that we put out after this episode so that people can actually, you know, listen to some of your work. And I think that will be a benefit to them as well. So maybe you might just mention what you're planning on.
[Speaker 1] (1:16:52 - 1:19:41)
So where we live in Australia, we're in an area that's had a lot of geographical wound. Now, some of that's, some of that's like massacre stuff, probably by the feel of it. But also, you know, there's quite a lot of beings interacting with this planet, and some are based here.
And we've had information from one of our trusted sources that there's a base deep down, maybe five kilometers under where we live. And so, and I've got a very detailed, quite chilling story that I'll tell you next time about, about why we do this process, because we can't, you know, we don't have the firepower to, to wipe out or interfere with these other beings that have been here for ages. And we don't want to, we don't want to engage that, we just want to protect our lot.
So I do a process that puts in an energetic sphere. So if this top of the microphone is our cabin, the sphere goes 50 meters above it and below it into the east, the west, the north, the south, and then we rotate it. So then we light it up with lightning colored white light energy, because we want to protect us, our cars, and our dwelling space while we're on this property.
We live on 160 acres on a farm. And, and then, so then we do the road out to the main road, where the gates are. And so that's the area that we shield, because everything else is none of our business.
And we don't want to upset any other being, entity or anything else. So, so we're being very um, spiritually, energetically, hygienically responsible for our story. And we're very appreciative of, of just being here and, and not, and not interfering with any other plans, agendas, and, and stuff getting, moving around.
So the process I'll be showing people is how to shield their home. And, and that's what I do a couple of times a week here, because it needs a polish, you know, because, um, you know, you can come home all sorts of angry and wobbly from a bit of road rage or stuff like that. And you can interfere with the protective energy around your home and cabin.
And so, um, it's, it's, it's just good housekeeping, basically. Excellent.
[Speaker 2] (1:19:42 - 1:19:51)
Sounds, sounds excellent. So yeah, I'm definitely looking forward to having you back, but you might let the listeners know where they can find you, Paul.
[Speaker 1] (1:19:52 - 1:21:25)
Um, yeah, so I don't know if they see what I'm looking at on my screen is my website, which is just my name, Paul Bolton, b-o-u-l-t-o-n.com.au. That's the best way to find me. You'll see there, I do, we've got details about the readings I do, about the deeper therapy I do, um, you know, with Roy being in Poland at the moment and us in Australia, just line up the time zones so that neither of us have to get out of bed at an ungodly hour. And, um, and then we can just, you know, do the work.
There's no, no difference in distance, uh, of a concern with the work I do. It's all done in real time, immediate real time. And the benefits are also delivered then nice and fast.
Um, over the decades I've worked on five doctors and over 30 psychologists and, um, uh, which is, I've always found quite interesting because, you know, they're the ones getting propped up by the AMI and the medical authorities and that sort of stuff. But, but, you know, a lot of those people need quite a lot of help to help them just balance out because, you know, if people don't have effective ways to defrag their mind, then it just stays in the swirl and, uh, and that's dangerous. So, um, but yeah, I look forward to love to come back.
It's always a pleasure to be hanging with you and thanks to the audience. It's a pleasure to be presenting to you.
[Speaker 2] (1:21:26 - 1:22:05)
Thanks very much, Paul. And, uh, I make sure I put the link spot on the video and based on everything that you heard today, make sure you write in because the next time Paul's back, I'll bring up your questions as well. Cause I'm sure some people have got some questions that they didn't cover.
