What's new is that the Blog Post writer is now much more flexible. Instead of being tied to a single episode, it's a more general writing experience that can work three ways:
- Write from an episode. Choose an episode and get a companion post built from its content — great for turning audio into searchable text.
- Write from an idea. Have a topic in mind but no time to draft it? Type in your idea and let AI flesh it out into a full post.
- Get topic suggestions. Not sure what to write about? The tool can look across your podcast, your episodes, and your past blog posts, then suggest topics worth covering.
What if I don't know what to write about?
That's exactly what the topic suggestions are for. Rather than staring at a blank page, you can ask the Blog Post writer for ideas, and it draws on what your show is actually about — your episodes, your themes, and the posts you've already published — to recommend topics that fit your audience. What is the About Page Writer?
Your About page is often the first place a curious new listener lands, so it's worth getting right. Until now, Podpage populated your About page with your podcast's episode summary — which is helpful, but usually short and a little limited.
The new About Page Writer goes much deeper. It reads across your whole show to build a full, holistic picture of your podcast, then writes a rich, blog-style About page for you.
How is the new About page different from before?
Instead of leaning on a single short summary, the About Page Writer looks at:
- All of your episodes
- Your podcast summary
- Your categories
From there, it pulls together a complete view of what your show is about and who it's for, and turns that into a proper About page — the kind you'd want to write yourself if you had the time.
