We All Do Better when We All Do Better – a conversation with Rich Chang | RR163

Rich Chang is the CEO and co-founder of NewFoundry - a product development and engineering firm based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He is an entrepreneur, consultant, public speaker and a community leader.

Rich is not just developing software, he’s also into developing connections and relationships with people. He has been actively involved with different nonprofit organizations, and is passionate about diversifying and giving back to the community.

In this episode you will learn:

  • How DIVERSITY played a huge role in his evolution as a person.
  • How nonprofit experiences can help shape how we see business.
  • Why we all do better when we all do better.

There’s a very large population of people that if we invested and spent the time, we would have a workforce pipeline for a long time going.

A little about me:

I began my career as a teacher, was a corporate trainer for many years, and then found my niche training & supporting business owners, entrepreneurs & sales professionals to network at a world-class level. My passion is working with motivated people, who are coachable and who want to build their businesses through relationship marketing and networking (online & offline). I help my clients create retention strategies, grow through referrals, and create loyal customers by staying connected.

In appreciation for being here, I have a couple of gifts for you.
