My favorite podcast

I was hooked after the very first episode I listened to. A friend shared it with me. I love the backstory of the towns and people she covers. I actually went to Little Rock after how she talked about the town and made it sound so charming. She gives the facts. I could listen to Erica all day! Thank you!!

I love Erica!! I love how she gives the history of the area where the crime occurs. Her voice is soothing but keeps things interesting!!

Amazing Podcast for true crime fans

Erica Kelly and her team produce well researched episodes of true crime from the south. Erica speaks clearly, doesn’t fill the episode with mindless banter and is a voice for victims from all walks of life. I appreciate her points of view and opinions and if I do not agree with one, I remind myself WE ARE ALL ENTITLED TO OUR OPINIONS. Her commentary doesn’t detract from the story and is appreciated more often than not. Racists, homophobes and misogynist idiots need not subscribe nor waste space leaving negative comments on this podcast. Thank you, Erica, SFTC is my favorite podcast!

Southern Fried True Crime

I listen to a few crime podcasts, but my favorite person to hear a story from is Erica from SFTC. She is so detailed, and grapples honestly and openly with the issues of compassion and alliance that can be so inherent to these stories. She is direct, and I like that in a story teller. Satisfyingly snarky at times. I always recommend this one

So good!

One of my favorite podcasts! I love how she tells the story of the area before diving in. It really helps set the tone of what the dynamic was like in the town at the time. She’s a great storyteller and a respectful one! This podcast was recommended to me from the host of Already Gone when I was looking for a similar feel. 10/10 would recommend!

SFTC

Erica tells the story of the victims with grace and dignity. She never embellishes or make things up to make the story “better”. She is honest and gives the full circle of events not just the “gotcha” ones. Her soothing voice is the cherry on top! 5 Stars is not enough this is a 10 star show! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

STFC IS THE BEST

Southern Fried True Crime is the REASON I started actually listening to podcasts again. I binged this show for like a week and then cried a little when I got to the end.. so I just re-listen to everything. Erica has the most sultry soothing southern voice I’ve heard in quite some time. For those haters out there, if you’ve never listened to a full episode, then something must be wrong with you to criticize someone who puts themselves out there like this. Do you have your own podcasts?? Or are you just trolls? Stupid haters.. LOVE YOU ERICA!!! Please keep this podcast going for as long and you want to!!

My Favorite

SFTC was the 1st podcast I listened to and even though I listen to other True Crime podcasts, I never miss a Southern Fried episode. I love that Erika Kelly is such an advocate for Domestic Violence Survivors.
