If you run a network of shows on Podpage, visitors can now search across your entire network — shows, episodes, videos, blog posts, and pages — from a single search box. Your Shows page is also paginated, so even large networks load quickly.

You can additionally turn on Group Shows by Category in the Shows page editor to organize your shows list into category sections instead of one long grid, with a matching dropdown in your site's navigation.

Episode Alerts is now open to everyone on Pro and Elite. Turn it on and Podpage emails your subscriber list the moment a new episode is imported, and handles delivery, unsubscribes, and bounce tracking for you. Pro includes up to 500 recipients per episode, Elite up to 5,000.

The alert email itself has also been redesigned, with a cleaner layout, brand-colored listen-on-your-favorite-app buttons, and a call-to-action button that matches your site's colors.

Podpage publishes a few standard files that let AI tools and agents understand your site — agents.json and llms.txt — and you can now write your own custom versions of both, replacing the auto-generated content entirely. This is available on every plan.

Find them under the new AI & Agents section in the dashboard, alongside an overview page explaining how agents connect to your Podpage site.

You can now start a blog post from a topic instead of an episode — describe what you want to write about and Podpage will suggest an outline, or ask it for a list of topic ideas based on your podcast as a whole. The original flow that turns one episode into a post still works exactly the same.

Pro Features and Elite Features now each have their own usage-status page, sorting every feature you're entitled to into three groups: what you have turned on, what's ready to turn on, and what you haven't tried yet — with a progress bar summarizing where you stand.

If you're not sure whether you're getting full value from your plan, this is the fastest way to check. Find it under Pro Features or Elite Features in the dashboard.

The AI Assistant can now write a full guest biography for you. It pulls together your guest's existing profile and what they talked about on their last couple of episode appearances, then drafts a polished bio — telling you exactly what's missing if there isn't enough to work with yet. Nothing saves automatically; you always review and edit the draft first.

Look for Write Guest Bio in the Assistant. Available on Elite.

The Assistant can now write your About page for you, grounded in your show's real summary and episode history rather than generic filler — it even links back to specific episodes it draws on. You get a draft to review and edit before anything is saved to your site.

The dashboard sidebar has been redesigned. It groups related pages together, shows a checkmark next to Autopilot automations you've already turned on, and adds a proper mobile menu: a top bar with a hamburger icon that slides the full navigation in from the side.

Nothing you need to do — you'll just see it the next time you log in.

Five features that used to need Elite are now part of the Pro plan:

• Private feed support — point your site's players at your private or premium feed.
• Downloadable files — offer bonus files your listeners can't get anywhere else.
• Guest alerts — email your guests when the episode they're on goes live.
• Export guest data — take your guest list into the tools you already use.
• Zapier — connect your Podpage site to thousands of other apps.

The small icon that shows up in browser tabs and bookmarks — your favicon — now shows your own podcast artwork on every site, including Basic.

Pro and above can still upload a dedicated favicon image under Advanced Settings → Brand & appearance.

Every Podpage site now automatically publishes an agents.json file describing your show — name, description, RSS feed, and sitemap — in the standard format AI agents look for. Search-oriented AI crawlers like ChatGPT's search bot, Perplexity, and Claude are also now welcomed by your site's robots.txt, so your episodes can surface in AI-powered search results.

This requires no setup — it's on for every site automatically.

Your site's nav bar can now stay pinned to the top of the page as visitors scroll, float as a centered rounded pill instead of spanning the full width, and pick up a frosted-glass look that lets your background show through.

Each is its own switch, so you can mix and match — a floating, glass, sticky nav gets the full pill effect, or use just one.

Find them under Design → Navigation Bar (Floating style and Sticky Navigation) and Design → Advanced Design → Colors (Glass surfaces).

• Switching between podcasts in the podcast switcher now keeps you on the same section — jump from one show's Episodes list straight to the other's.
• Category pages now show how many episodes are in each category.

If Podpage flags a contact form submission or a review as spam and it isn't, you can clear it yourself in one click. A "Not Spam" button on contact messages restores the message and helps Podpage recognize similar senders correctly going forward. On the reviews list, hovering over a Spam badge now offers a one-click "Mark as not spam."

There's a new SEO Analysis overview that lists every episode, blog post, video and custom page together, with a pass/fail status, how many checks are unresolved, and its focus keyphrase, so you can see what needs attention across your whole site without opening each page one at a time.

From there, a new Auto-fix button hands the busywork to AI: it suggests a focus keyphrase with a short explanation of why, then generates a matching meta title and description you can accept or edit. It works on episodes, blog posts, videos, custom pages and your homepage.

Connecting Facebook or Instagram now takes you to a picker where you explicitly choose which Page or account this podcast should post to. If you manage more than one Facebook account, every page from all of them shows up in one list.

Already connected? A new "Re-authorize" link on the Facebook/Instagram settings form lets you grant access to more pages at any time, without disconnecting first.

LinkedIn posts now include your episode artwork as an image, and the Integrations page itself has a cleaner layout.

Auto-Transcribe now processes up to 8 episodes every 30 days, up from 6. If you use up your credits for the period, the settings page shows exactly when your next slot opens.

When Podpage auto-posts a new episode to Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn, the caption now uses each platform's full limit — up to 2,200 characters on Instagram and 3,000 on LinkedIn — and keeps the paragraph breaks from your show notes, so captions read just the way you wrote them.

This applies automatically to future auto-posts — no setting to turn on.

If you've split your archive into a lot of categories, your navigation menu doesn't have to show every single one. Mark the categories that matter most as Featured on your Categories page, and only those appear in your nav dropdown and at the top of your episode list — the rest stay organized behind the scenes without cluttering the menu your listeners see first.

More and more listeners find shows through ChatGPT, Claude, and similar tools instead of a search bar. Every Podpage site now publishes a small manifest file that points these assistants straight to your RSS feed, sitemap, contact info, and recent episodes — plus a transcript for any episode that has one — instead of leaving them to guess at your page's HTML.

Episode pages also now tell those tools directly where to find the transcript, so an assistant summarizing your latest episode is working from the real thing.

This runs automatically on every site — there's nothing to turn on. You can see it in action under the new llms.txt tab in your dashboard.
