Using the Guest Intake Form to create guest profiles

The Guest Intake Form lets your guests fill out their own profile — bio, photo, email, and social links — so you're not chasing details over email. Their answers land in your dashboard, ready to attach to an episode.

Available on the Pro plan and above.

How it works

  1. Send your guest the form link: yourwebsite.com/guests/intake/ (see What is the link to my guest intake form?).
  2. They fill in their name, bio, photo, website, and social links — and answer any custom questions you've added.
  3. Their profile appears in your dashboard under Episodes → Guests, where you can review and edit anything they submitted.
  4. The profile stays hidden from your website until you attach the guest to an episode — then their guest profile page goes live.

Guest agreement and release

By submitting the form, guests agree to your guest release. Podpage includes a default release courtesy of Easy Legal For Podcasters, or you can upload your own PDF — both options are in the form's editor under Guest Release. See how the agreement is recorded.

Customize the flow

To edit the form, go to Pages → Guest Intake Form and click Edit Page. You can:

  • Custom Questions — ask up to three questions of your own.
  • Confirmation Message — show a custom message after a guest submits the form.
  • Scheduling Form — send guests to your Calendly (or other scheduling) link right after they register.
  • Additional Questionnaire — point guests to an external form (Google Forms, Typeform) for anything longer.

Tip: Send the intake form link as soon as you book a guest — you'll have their bio and photo ready before the episode goes live, and you can auto-attach them to the upcoming episode.
