Guest Profiles give every guest their own page on your website, with their bio, photo, links, and a list of every episode they've appeared in. Guests also show up at the bottom of the episode pages they're attached to.
Available on the Pro plan and above.
How to add a guest to an episode
- In your dashboard, open the episode's edit page and scroll to the Guests section.
- Start typing the guest's name. Pick them from the list, or keep typing to create a brand-new guest on the spot.
- Click Save. The guest now appears on that episode's page.
Managing your guests
All your guests live under Episodes → Guests. For each one you can add a photo, bio, website, and social links — or just a name, which will still appear on their episodes. The more you add, the richer their profile page.
You don't have to fill this in yourself: send guests your guest intake form and they'll complete their own profile.
Featuring your best guests
Want new visitors to see certain guests first? In Episodes → Guests, turn on the Feature on Homepage toggle under each guest you want to spotlight. Then switch to the Featured tab and drag your featured guests into the order you want. They appear in a Featured section at the top of your public Guests page, ahead of the full list.
What visitors see
Guests with extra info are featured at the bottom of their episode pages, and every mention of a guest links to their dedicated profile page.

Tip: Booking guests in advance? On the Elite plan you can auto-attach a guest to an upcoming episode so their profile goes live the moment the episode is imported.
