Guest Profiles give every guest their own page on your website, with their bio, photo, links, and a list of every episode they've appeared in. Guests also show up at the bottom of the episode pages they're attached to.
Available on the Pro plan and above.
How to add a guest to an episode
- In your dashboard, open the episode's edit page and scroll to the Guests section.
- Start typing the guest's name. Pick them from the list, or keep typing to create a brand-new guest on the spot.
- Click Save. The guest now appears on that episode's page.
Managing your guests
All your guests live under Episodes → Guests. For each one you can add a photo, bio, website, and social links — or just a name, which will still appear on their episodes. The more you add, the richer their profile page.
You don't have to fill this in yourself: send guests your guest intake form and they'll complete their own profile.
What visitors see
Guests with extra info are featured at the bottom of their episode pages, and every mention of a guest links to their dedicated profile page.
Tip: Booking guests in advance? On the Elite plan you can auto-attach a guest to an upcoming episode so their profile goes live the moment the episode is imported.
