The contact form gives your audience a simple way to send you a message straight from your website. Podpage adds a Contact page to your site, emails you each message, and keeps everything in an inbox in your dashboard.
Available on the Pro plan and above.
How to turn on the contact form
- In your dashboard, go to Engage Listeners → Contact Form.
- Open the Settings tab and make sure Show a Contact Form is turned on.
- Click Save. A Contact page appears on your website.
What happens when someone writes to you
- Email notification: Podpage sends a copy of each message to your contact email right away.
- Message inbox: every message is also saved in your dashboard under Engage Listeners → Contact Form → Messages, so you can review and manage them in one place.
- Spam filtering: messages are automatically screened for spam. Suspected spam stays out of your email inbox but remains available in your dashboard — see how spam detection works.
Tip: You can send different kinds of messages to different people with Message Routing, and filter out unwanted messages by blocking words.
