Your contact form makes it easy for listeners to reach you — and occasionally easy for people to send things you'd rather not receive. You can block specific words or phrases so those messages never reach your email inbox.
Available on the Pro plan and above.
How to block words
- In your dashboard, go to Engage Listeners → Contact Form and open the Settings tab.
- In the blocked words field, enter the words or phrases you want to filter, separated by commas.
- Click Save.
What happens to blocked messages
The sender won't know they've been blocked — the form works normally from their side. Messages containing a blocked word aren't emailed to you. Instead, they're set aside in the Blocked tab of your contact form inbox (Engage Listeners → Contact Form → Messages), where you can review or delete them.
