06 Good morning, podcasting morning chat. Today is Friday, December 5th, 2025, and today Spotify Wrapped brings its mix of insights and emotions, and we're breaking it down together with you sharing your highlights and us revealing a few of ours. Plus, we'll share our wins from the past week. So if you're listening live on Clubhouse, hit the share button top right hand side of the screen and share it. However, Clubhouse lets you. And if you're catching us via podcast, chatter, YouTube, please share this episode with a fellow podcaster. And now give us about 30 seconds. We'll get things rolling. Thanks for being here.

22 Good morning again podcasting. Morning Chad. Thanks so much for being here. I am your host Mark Ronick and currently on stage with me. My Co hosts we have Ralph Estep, Dr. Faye, Jonathan Howard, Matt Bliss and I know Nick Nolbach will be joining us in just a moment. I say that just because we were literally just texting about today's show and also invite BC up because I know BC wants to be a part of the conversation too. It's Friday, gang. So like I said, yes, we let's talk a little bit about Spotify Wrapped. And of course, let's also share wins from the week toward the end of the show because it's Friday and that's what we do. And Spotify Wrapped is definitely something that is huge every year, at least when I say that, I just mean it is commonly shared across all social media platforms. People are very proud to share both their Spotify Wrapped for creator results and also as a Spotify user, those Spotify Wrapped results.

27 So I today I want to explore a couple of sides of it, right? There's the excitement side and I want to, I, I'm excited to share a few things about our Spotify wrapped. If anybody else is excited to share anything or, and I'll, I'll ask you some questions about it. But if you have something you're excited about, you want to share as far as your results go, let's talk about that. But there's also this other side that when speaking with the team yesterday about today's topic, a few people expressed, I mean, concern might be strong, but for lack of better word, they expressed some concerns about the fact that this really is revealing as far as Spotify is concerned that they have all of this different data on us as users, as creators, etcetera, how we use their app, what things were listening and watching on their app. So we're going to get into that too. I have some questions about that, but first I'm, I'm curious.

33 I'll you know what I'm going to, I'm going to start, but I'm going to ask you all to share. To start off, what's 1 wrapped statistic once one wrapped badge that they gave you that maybe surprised you And the way you do this, I'm not going to take you through every step to get to your wrapped information, but you do have to go log into creators.spotify.com to get it. And you'll find it on the left hand side there. And once you click it on the left hand side, you'll, it'll give you a splash page. You, you hit the I don't know what it is, Let's go button to get your results, but I put the top right before you even hit that let's go button.

17 There's a little share button and that will give you the overall summary. You'll see a a list of different badges that you've earned. So I'll tell you one result that surprised me. This is about growth. And the reason why it surprised me, it surprised me is for two reasons. One, the total audience growth percentage for the podcasting morning chat was a number that just seems unfathomable. What's that? DRI said. It's unbelievable if you can't. Yes, thank you. Yeah, the old Porky Pig strategy. Yes, got it.

00 Why the result surprised me is 'cause it's so ridiculously high, and I'll share it in a second. And I've seen several creators share the exact same result, which is 999% total audience growth. And the fact that I've seen not just one other person, I've seen multiple people share, hey, look at this. My total audience growth is 999% increased. So to me, it almost feels like a glitch or it just feels like something's weird. One thing that did not surprise me is our most popular episode of 2025.

44 It didn't and it probably doesn't surprise you either if you are a listener at all from this past year. The Steve from Blue's Clues is back with a podcast. That's the title episode 329. That one was huge for us and I, I know it gave us, I think we had about 3000 downloads on that episode alone. So some other things about our growth, our total new audience grew to about 2000 new audience members. Listening time increased 268%. Now the, the interesting thing to talk about here and we can, we can start talking about some, some of this, the fact that everybody, well, let's talk about it.

32 Does anybody have any concerns about this? You know, the Spotify for me is not my top platform. So I, I guess I have to take some of this with a grain of salt, right? Like, sure, it's cool to see that I'm having a lot of growth on Spotify, but putting it into perspective, it's probably my third. I have to go back and look, but I think it's somewhere around my third or fourth most commonly used platform if I think it's third. So, you know, it's like, what what do we do with this information? To me, sometimes it does. It's a little bit of, of a, of a brag. And I, I did it too, right? It's fun to share with the public like, hey, look at some of these numbers. But you know what, is it really that important? Does anyone want to share any results that they had? OK, let's go to Nick.

26 Nick, go ahead. Hey. Good morning, everybody. Yeah, I went through it. I obviously the AI briefing was the show that I got the Spotify Wrapped deal on. So I was curious be that it was a totally AI show that kind of yeah, results that came out of it. And just real quick, why don't you get give just a quick synopsis of the show first for new listeners? It's basically an all AI show. It's AI generated AI, voice, AI, everything, and it is all about AI news. So it was just highlighting some of the most recent updates and advancements in AI. It was a quick three to five minute Daily Show ran it for probably 120 a 130 episodes before just kind of stopping.

17 But I I did it more as an experiment and it actually got decent results. Like I was very surprised by the number of listeners, the viewers on YouTube. It was kind of a cool little experiment. Thank you, Nick. Now go ahead. I was going to say for for the Spotify Wrapped, one of the interesting things that popped up for me was that it said your average rating was higher than 75% of other shows. Oh, that's. Cool. Which sounds neat, but I I'm really curious. Like it doesn't tell you anything about where it gets that data. Like how is it coming to that conclusion? Because I didn't have like a huge audience on Spotify. YouTube was definitely the, the platform for me with that show. So is it because I'd get a, a thumbs up or a, a like on an episode?

11 And that was the only one it got. So it was 100% approval rating on the episode. And all the people that have more audience get like less react. I, I don't know. It's, it's kind of an interesting stat to me. I'm curious how I'd get to it. Yeah. Yeah, I that that's the kind of those are the kind of thoughts that go through my head too when I look at these results as especially like I said to to the point earlier, the fact that, you know, it's not the most commonly used platform among our audience. So, yeah. All right, let me go to. All right, Jonathan. So yeah, that was one that I I got for coffee. Social fan favorite. So your average rating was higher than 67% of other shows. And I was like, OK, that's great, but what does that even mean?

00 And the other one was a most talked about show. You receive more comments than 87% of other shows. And I was like, OK, that's an interesting, but I don't know where that comes from. And Spotify is fifth in line for us for coffee Social. Tell me that stat again. The right before the the one about being 5th. Yep. It's called a 2025 talked about show and you receive more comments than 87% of other shows. Got it. OK. Yeah. And right. So putting into perspective again though, like Jonathan, do you think really like off the top of your head, how many comments do you can you recall that you've had over the past year on Spotify specifically?

42 Yeah, I. Yeah, I maybe, maybe I had no idea because I got maybe a handful, Yeah. I got the same kind of thing too. I'm trying to find it now, but yeah, I had this a similar result. Yeah. It was like, I'll just say it was said that we were one of the most talked about shows. I think that's the statistic. And really, I mean, yeah, I know that's probably because of, again, that Steve from Blue's Clues episode that we did, because I know I got a ton of comments over there. So it, again, it just feels a little skewed sometimes. Ralph, did you want to share any results that you had? Sure. And, and honestly, I've never really paid that much attention to Spotify.

23 So I dropped into my Captivate because that's what I put on my shoes on because I wanted to figure out what was my percentage of Spotify in the 1st place. And it's like 1 or 2% of my audience. But then I said, OK, well, let me go look at this. I looked at it, my big take away it's going to you're going to laugh is because I started doing the show back in 2017. It was called Ask Ralph, my originally Daily Show. So that's what I'm talking about. My most watched show this year was a show I did like 6 years ago on FASFA for people getting their kids into college to FASFA form. Which kind of just floored me because if anybody went through that, the audio was horrible. My ability to talk was terrible, but I'm like, wow, they actually picked it up. I guess the one thing I took away from it was the last stat they showed me as a come some sort of rising star or something said that my show grew by 97% more than everybody else. And I was like, OK, but if you start with two listeners and you're now at three, I guess, you know, you did great. So I don't really know what to take of that mark, to be honest with you.

27 But hey, it's data. You know, we love data, especially the accountants. We love data, but I'm not sure what to do with it. Yeah. For me, what I'm taking away is when I'm seeing those growth benchmarks like you're talking about, to me, that's probably the most valuable number to me because that's all. A lot of the other stuff, as we've said, kind of almost feels like fluff or just feels a little that the perspective feels a little off. But yeah, when I'm looking at those metrics and they're showing me improvement in growth year over year that that I'm not going to just kind of walk away from that. That's something that's got a little weight to it. It's good to see. Yeah, Nick, go ahead. One of my biggest takeaways out of all of this is not even specific to my show.

15 Let's do it. Clearly they are collecting a lot of data and a lot of information and they have this at their disposal. So why are the Spotify for podcasts or analytics still? That is a great point. Yes. They clearly have a lot of data, a lot more data than they actually show us as creators, I think. Yeah, Matt, what did you want to say? You have to pay Nick, you got to pay money, you got to pay $99.00 a month or whatever it is for Megaphone to get access to all of the good stuff.

55 Because that's that's the scope creep that we've been seeing with Spotify over the last probably three to four years is they've sunsetted functions, they've moved aspects of Spotify for creators previously, Spotify for podcasters previously Anchor from it into other areas that are paid sections. They've moved into video and provided ways for you to pay them more money to advertise and broadcast your content across their platform. It's full wall garden scenario here, like where if you're not paying for something with them, you're on the outside trying to look through really fogged up windows to see what's going on on the inside.

40 And this is the one time of the year where they step back and they go, hey, we've been seeing you walking around the walls like trying to rub the fog away and peer on the inside. This is what we can tell you about what you were wearing on which particular day. It's Spotify is going to be really interesting to keep an eye on for all of this stuff. It was my immediate thought when I saw the rap stuff start coming out and a bunch of other apps do it too. YouTube I I pay for YouTube Premium and that's where my rapt information comes from. But at the end of the day, it's about companies controlling and having data. But like this is this is the how to describe it best.

21 This is the the piece meal offering in order for them to keep doing what they're doing and appease you by telling you things that you want to hear, like Spotify for creators. It's telling you information about your show that makes you feel good about continuing to have it on Spotify. Yeah. Whereas if you knew how much information they actually had, and this is just going to be the the tippy top of the surface of that kind of thing, then you wouldn't want them to do it anymore. And they've been obscuring it for a long time, mostly because Google has been procuring information and data for maybe 15 years. And it's only recently the idea of being a control of our own information that it's kind of surfaced. And they've stopped talking about how much they can offer if if you're not paying money, you're giving them data. And I think they're trying to hide as much as they can. That is.

16 That is Matt Bliss's rant for the day. We can revisit that if you want, but I think I covered all my points there. Yeah. Thank you for sharing that. Yeah, go ahead, Jonathan. Can I say that even the way that Matt described that was creepy? Like, what do you mean hearing inside the windows? Hearing inside the slightly foggy windows? Like looking at what you're wearing. It's. Creepy. Yeah. Yeah. No, I I agree. Well, I'm thinking maybe when I edit this show later on today that I would like some kind of a musical bed underneath Matthew. Kind of that creepy sound. The Hexicord? Exactly.

58 Yes, there you go. And maybe when I describe rubbing the windows you get like a. Oh, accepted. There. Wow, did you just do that with your mouth? That's crazy. I don't want to sound conspiratorial at all because I am not the kind of person who puts a sticky note on top of the webcam on my laptop just in case when I've stepped away from the computer. But if I like, you know, listen to music in the shower or something, I always make sure to tip the phone upside down so that there's no camera facing into the bathroom while it's happening. But we just have to realize that there's a lot more information that we're putting out there than we think we are or the companies would have us think that we are. And it's creepy.

44 Let me ask, I know that BC has something too, but let me ask why? Why is that a problem? Or what makes that a problem is the better way to ask. And that's, that's the framing device, right? Like it I think in the in the broad context, understanding that they have all this information about us is important. But I don't think it's important enough for us to get our picket signs out, stand in front of whatever Spotify headquarters we can get access to and say, release my data, stop tracking my lessons because it at the. End. So, Matt, when does it get to be that point though? Well, it doesn't because we're all bored into late stage capitalism and we don't get the things that we want without having to give a little bit back. And so being in capitalism, being in the late stage that we are, where technology is integrated into every aspect of your life, I mean, we just have to accept that this is a fact of life, that our data is going places. As long as we're cognizant of where the data is going, it's fine.

49 But we get benefits for that. So why does it matter? I don't think it does really, but it doesn't mean that we ignore understanding where our data is at any one time and where it's going and the potential. So we don't ignore it. We understand it, but also we enjoy it. Just wanted to say real quick and and Jonathan, hold on to your seat. The number one music artist listened to by the podcasting morning chat audience on Spotify. Taylor Swift. Taylor Swift. Let me guess, Taylor Swift? Yes, Yep, Taylor. Swift, but she was second. She. Was second. She wasn't the first one for the world this year. Oh, really?

34 She was behind Bad. Yeah, she was behind Bad Bunny. Well, she's number one in the podcasting morning chat audience's heart and Jonathan's I. And I think Nick is right. I think Jonathan is the one that really skewed that number for us. And BC I know you've been waiting patiently, is there anything you'd like to add to this conversation? Well, before I was simply going to say that, you know, it kind of goes back to those instances when if you have an Alexa at home and you're minding your own business, you have any conversations with your friends and your family, and then it kind of agrees with you, makes a little chime in the background. It's like, sorry, I didn't invite you to the conversation. But then going back to what Matthew was talking about too, you know, if we do, we do we even establish what if there's a line that you know? Differentiates between the data that we feel that certain platforms should have and then at what point does it get invasive?

29 Do we even define that anymore? And then if we find those moments where we feel it has done invasive, what do we do to change it? You know, kind of like what Matthew was saying, we're kind of we've bought into it. So does it matter or how much do we think it should matter compared to how much we enact on that feeling of being invaded? Any thoughts, Matt, do you want to respond to that or Jonathan or Jonathan first? So I'm going to, I'll go to him. Go ahead, Jonathan. Yeah, so, and I was actually going to respond to Dave as well when because he says Facebook has just as much data. So is it false outrage? You know, it's I wouldn't say that I'm outraged over it because I buy in like like Matt said, I buy into this.

13 I know how much my Google has. I know. But there's also things that I do like I don't turn on location services for a lot of the apps out there because I it doesn't need it. And I try not to have it on for, you know, my phone 100% of the time either, even though it is on quite a bit. So there's a certain line that I draw because I think it's an invasion of privacy. Like it doesn't need to know where I am all the time. But yeah, I mean, we do buy in and we say, Yep, we're going to, we want this, we want this service, we want this. So it's hard for, you know, I don't think it's outrage. I'm not false outrage, but I think it's important for people to know what is being tracked. Thank you, Jonathan.

53 I'm going to Matt. I'll come to you in a second. I'm going to go to Nick. Go ahead, Nick. Yeah, so I, I think the the comment of like, where is the line crossed or at what point does the line get crossed? And I think Jonathan kind of touched on it. That was going to be a, a comment that I was going to make. Like whenever you sign up for a new app or you get on a new app and it pops up and it's like, oh, can we use your location? And at least on Android, you always have the option that says like while using the app, yes and no or something like that. And I think once they, I, I don't necessarily think that they're doing exactly what you select. Like if you say only when you're using the app, I still kind of think that they are still collecting your location and whatever permissions you give them, even when the app is not in use.

43 And I think to me, that's where the line gets crossed because exactly what Jonathan said, I'm not using the app. What, what information do you need from me? Because it doesn't pertain to what I'm doing on the app. It that's where to me, it starts getting kind of like an invasion of your privacy. Thank you, Nick, Alex, I saw you wanted to chime in. Do do you still have something for us? I mean, Matt hit the nail on the head. You can't put the genie back in the bottle. And the problem with all this is, you know, we're all looking at this for good 'cause that's what we're not evil, right, Matt Matthew? But at the same time, there's just a lot of people that can take this and they're pushing it and they're pushing it to weird places. You know, I I know there's the people out there that want their privacy.

34 Unless you live in a bubble and you're off the grid and everything else, you're not private. And, and even if you think you are, you're not. So it's, it's an interesting, it's an interesting conversation. I know it's a bigger conversation, but yeah, for people to go back, we can't. And we just have to learn how to manage what these these sites are gonna do. And it's not just Google and it's it's not just Facebook. It's in every aspect of our lives, whether you go to the supermarket or whatever else. And, you know, I don't know, I don't know what the answer is. But at the end of the day, yeah, we have to, we have to have people like Nick and Matt that that are on top of this stuff because it's just so overwhelming.

18 Yeah. Yeah. Go ahead, Matt. But the thing to keep in mind is these modern conveniences are what accrues the data from us in order to enable them. So what I'd ask people to think about, perhaps after this conversation is taking a little step in the direction and ask yourself, what modern convenience am I enjoying right now that I can start to pull myself away from in the case that there's, you know, a power outage across the world, Electricity suddenly disappears for whatever reason. But imagine you're sitting in your room right now and without any access to technology. What do you do? And start to think about how you entertain yourself and how you get your information and start to pull back a little bit from these companies that offer you a convenience as a way to, you know, become invested, you know, direct your attention into their platform.

14 And then by consequence of that, you start to retain a little bit more of your data, but you also start to gain things like what people are talking about today, like critical thinking is going away. People don't remember as much attention span is going down. You can start to recover those things as a consequence of also pulling your yourself away from the modern conveniences. And the only immediate example that I have at the top of my mind is scrolling your Instagram Reels and your YouTube Reels and all that kind of stuff. That's an attention grabber that's hard to pull away from. And I'd ask anyone who's scrolling today, if you see that record and you're like, oh, how long have I been doing this? Put the phone down. Take that opportunity to just, you know, pull yourself away. From it.

59 Thank you, Matt and I. Don't wanna. Huge box there, I am really sorry. That's OK. I was appreciating what you were sharing and Ralph in the chat says it's an addiction. And I fully agree. And kind of I will, I admit that I think I'm a little addicted to it and I, I have those moments as well. Thank you, Matt. I'm going to go to Janae and as before you speak Janae, I want to make a call out to everybody else in the audience. Come on up if you want to share any wins from your week. We will get to that segment momentarily. And the only way it works is if some of us are participating and sharing. So come on up, join us, share any wins that you want to celebrate with the gang this morning. With that, Janae, good morning to you. What did you want to add and maybe help us wrap up this part of the conversation?

54 Good morning everyone, super excited to be here and looks like they've already wrapped up the year for us. They Spotify, yes right. And I was even even looking on my Apple Music and Apple Music told me how many different bands I listened to. So and I can go all the way back to 2016 on all the different music that I'm listening to. And it's like, this is really interesting because of course, they are tracking all the stuff that we are doing on their platforms. And this is a way for them to tell you back like, hey, this is what you've been listening to.

35 And funny enough, I think two years ago, the stuff that I was listening to was all ocean sounds because that's the stuff we play, you know, when we're going to bed. So it's really interesting. And yes, they're going to have access to our data, which is what we promised or we agreed to. But we also have to remember that we are only here for a little bit. That's about it, right? So this data helps them whatever it helps them do. We got to realize that we are here only for a little bit, and what we do with what we have is completely up to us. So be evil, be not.

19 At the end of the day, who are you? Who do you want to be? Hopefully that helps. Thank you, Janae. Love that. And by the way, Dave in the chat says, so I might be your sole Spotify listener. I think he's talking to us. It is all I use for podcasts and music. I love comments within the episodes. Yes, I know Dave definitely is thankfully one of the contributors of the comments on our Spotify page. He said PMC was my top show that I listened to in 2025. Thank you, Dave. And you are not the sole Spotify listener. There are actually about 100. I can't remember the exact number, but I'll say around 139 other people who were told that we podcasting morning chat are their number one show. And I've heard from, I think now it's up to about 5 different people sharing that information with me that hey, I'm your you know, you're my #1 show and thank you. Keep them coming.

18 Anybody who's listening to my voice right now, if we appeared as your number one podcast, let me know. I want to hear it makes me feel good. Thank you. All right, so with that, let's get into our wins from this week. Come on up and share. Would love to hear what you are up to. So first, let's see, let's go to Janae's already shared. Actually, let's go to BC since BC has been on stage all morning with us. BC, good morning to you. Would you be open to sharing a win or two from your past week? I would say right now my best win is I just came off a brand new kind of mini podcast last week, though of course that was on a holiday week, so don't kind of count that consistency. But this week has been full through Monday, through Friday, waking up at 6:00, getting that done and getting it out there. So I count that as a win.

15 Definitely a win and a win for all of us that you've been joining us this week for the past several days. And I know you've told me you want to keep coming back. So we, we love having you here BC I'd love, I appreciate your contributions. Thank you for being here. Thank you. Yeah, you're welcome. Let's check in with back in with Janae. Janae, would you like to share a win or two with us? Absolutely. I'd love to share a win. The first one is Empowered Podcasting. Conference recordings are done and ready for whenever people are ready to take a watch at the event. So that's done. Super happy that I was able to complete it. Took took a while, but it's done. It was a lot of work.

04 Congratulations and thank you. 28 conversations or 28 talks? The second one is I, I'm working on the presentation for my Pod Fest talk and I love how it's coming together. So those are my. Yeah, congratulations, Janae. That's awesome. And again, I'll, I'll share that win with you just because I'm so grateful that you've taken the time, volunteered the time to separate all of those presentations and into what, 28 different videos. And yeah, we're going to have more information about how you can get those videos next week. So thank you, Janae.

47 You're welcome. And let's check in with Yvonne. Yvonne, good morning. Welcome to the stage. Please share a couple of wins with us from your week. Well, I think you know one of my wins, Mark. I think so, but go ahead and. Share my time yeah. So Mark and I talked yesterday. He is, I interviewed him for late when we're living. Great conversation. I can't wait to get it out there. And I, I also booked my tickets to Santa Fe for April where I'm going to be a panel speaker and photographer at a women's conference. So very excited to have that starting to get in motion and good stuff.

31 Great stuff. Congratulations. And I loved, I love seeing the momentum from attending the Empowered Podcasting Conference, feeling a little bit out of your comfort zone, doing it anyway, speaking on a stage, doing all your things and how that momentum is carried over into new, new opportunities. Well, the the opportunity came directly from a contact that I made at the Empowered Podcasting conference. One of the attendees there, we had a great conversation. Next thing I know, a woman who's speaking at one of her events is getting in touch with me to say, hey, I heard you did the, you know, come do this thing with me. So, yeah, good stuff.

12 Thank you. Yeah, congratulations. And I share another win with another community member. Yes, I'll take, I'll take that, some of that with me as well. I had, I loved the conversation yesterday we had it was really interesting. I can't wait to share it with everybody here. So looking forward to sharing more about that soon. Let's see. OK, you know what, I will share a couple of my wins and then we will keep it moving with the rest of the team here. And again, you, we have some time gang. So if you are in the audience and want to come up and share anything that's gone well for you this week, let's hear about it. Would love to do that. So for me, I think probably one of the wins I'm most proud of this week I closed 2 new clients, which admittedly been on in a bit of a drought as far as bringing in new clients over the past, I don't know, couple months.

10 So this was a, a pleasant surprise. I have a new client that is, has purchased a podcast launch package. So I will be working with them over the next six weeks or so to help them get their podcast up and running. And then I have another client, this new client, they wanted to do the same thing as what I just described with the last one and after meeting in person. So there's a part of a win right there is it's a a local client, which is very cool. I want to try to do more of that in 2026. But when we sat down and talked, he really wanted to extend what I had put out there as far as how our working relationship would go.

52 He wants to hire me on a retainer basis, more like an executive producer, director role for his entire media arm of his real estate business. He wants me to really build that out from scratch with him and his business partner. So a really cool and exciting opportunity, one that, as far as Ironic Media goes, I've not ever done a retainer type of package before. So I'm excited about the opportunity and great way to wrap up 2025 and head into 2026. I'll, I'll say that and then I'm, I've had a lot. I overall, I just want to say I had a fantastic week.

34 This was a week where, if you've been following my journey at all, you know, I've had quite a journey this year with my ADHD and having to get off of my medication due to high blood pressure. But this week really has felt more like I had felt when I used to be on the medication. It's felt more focused, more productive, and also just more of a overall easy flow. So it's not just been that hustle mentality, that hustle culture mentality, it's it's been productive and flowing. So I am, I am thrilled with that. Those are my wins. I'm going to move it on, hand it over to Ralph.

14 Ralph share some wins with us. OK, I've got a couple. One of them is not podcast related, but I found out on Thanksgiving that I'm going to be a grandfather. So that was amazing. My oldest son. Thank you. My oldest son is in the Coast Guard stationed in Texas and he is welcoming a baby in June. So that was an amazing thing. Almost wrecked the car when I was driving and they told my wife and I while we were driving. So, but the second big win is something I talked about a little bit. I actually hit 100,000 subscribers on my YouTube channel and now we're at 130,000. So Google sent me the thing I'm going to get a silver play button do that is just so cool for me.

56 Never thought as an accountant I'd have an audience of people that actually want to hear what I have to say. And so that was a huge win for me. Thank you for sharing that, Ralph. Congratulations on both. Very cool to hear you're going to be a grandfather. So, so exciting. Thank you for sharing and I'll keep it moving and go to Jonathan. Jonathan, good morning again. Please share a couple of wins from your week. OK, I will share that. Well, Monday we had a great show here and I enjoyed doing that, talking about, talking about what did we talk about new heights and yeah, so I enjoyed that. And we'll be doing another one this Monday here for Podcasting 1 yes, we're going to be talking about everything is alive on yeah on Monday.

48 So that'll be that's a fun one because the interviews inanimate objects. So that'll be an interesting one to learn from. And then I, I will say much like you, Mark, I had a really strong week. Like I wish all the weeks of 2025 could have been this productive, this kind of focused. And I'm going to give part of the credit to the fact that I have to get my life in order because I have a eight week old puppy joining me next week. So so yeah, I got that fun because I'll have three dogs now. Yeah, crazy. You're going. To be a little. Distracted. Yes, you're going to be a little distracted for the next few weeks. Congratulations, Jonathan.

28 And yes, I, I really enjoyed Monday and so much so I asked you if we could do it again this Monday. And yeah, everything alive is a really creative podcast and I'm I'm looking forward to breaking that down and seeing what we all can learn from that. Thank you, Jonathan. Congratulations again, Dr., You're up. Well, I guess my win is that I am trying something called dry needling for my hip Bursitis, which is kind of developed into a major case of sciatica. But the first appointment went well. I could tell that something was happening and it was going in the right direction this time.

10 And I get my next appointment today at 11 AM central. So that's my win. Congratulations, I know you've been struggling, so I really hope that this helps. I know it it seemed to help a little bit the first time. So keep going and and let us know how you're doing. Good luck with that, Dr. All right, so that is everybody. The other members that had joined us had to bounce. And I'll I'll throw it out once more. If anybody in the audience wants to join and share any wins, now is your chance before I wrap up. But I will say what another, what another great week of shows, and I'm not just saying that because I'm the host and that's what I want to do.

50 I, I look, I, I feel like I'm saying it every Friday now, but for whatever reason, I believe our game has really stepped up. I feel like the conversations that we're having are super valuable, informative, and we're also I, I'm, I'm appreciating how well we're getting to know each other even more. So thank you all. For helping to make this thing what it is Billy is. Yeah, Billy is on stage. So let's hear from Billy. Billy, you want to share a couple wins with us? Good morning. Hey, good morning. Hope you guys are doing well. I miss you on my schedule. Yeah. It's been a while. I know someone dead and homeschooled duty in the morning, so I had a couple minutes. I'm like, I'll jump up and say hi, but, you know, a couple of cool.

36 In this week on Cyber Monday, I did a live stream with Ecamm for seven hours. I saw some of that. Yeah. So it was pretty cool. That was a different experience. And I love live streaming, but seven hours was pretty crazy. So I might need some dry needling in my rear end after sitting in that chair for so long. But I was it was a different experience. It was fun. So we had to highlight some creators and products and services and all the fun stuff that they offer. So yeah, that was a that was a pretty cool win this early this week. Billy, congratulations. And yeah, I, I, it's been a long time. I've done that once that marathon type live streaming thing when I was at a, at the actual what?

22 What is it? It's like the MLB conference and we did a full day non-stop of fantasy sports talk. We had a booth there and it was crazy and exhausting. Did you? I'm going to just ask you, I know this might be you don't have to answer the question, was this a paid thing with ECAM or was it a volunteer thing? I asked because you're always the guy who is talking about ways to monetize. So I had to ask. No, that's a great question. And no, with the ECAM, you know, I love their services and I am an affiliate with their software. And so I just anytime I get a chance to hang out with the community over there, I do. And then also I was promoting my community.

03 So I saw a lot of, I saw a lot of growth probably, I mean, yeah, I mean, probably 30 something people jumped over from that live show into my community. So it was a good time. Yeah, that's a big win. Congratulations, Billy, and thank you for sharing. Appreciate that. And Jonathan, we have somebody over on Chatter who wants to share a win. Take it away. Yes, we we have lots over here who had wants to share a win. So lots over to you. First of all, good morning, folks. How's everybody? Good morning. Good morning, Watts. Good to meet you. Likewise, listen, it's the slow season for me running a podcast business because it's not a priority to a lot of these people. And yet somehow I've secured 4 new clients this week that all locked in, put down payments and are ready to start recording. So I am not one to argue with the victory. Congratulations, I can share that those feelings with you. Like I said, it's a little bit of a slow, normally a slower time and yeah, I I feel that.

04 Congratulations, Watts, that's awesome. Thank you for sharing. OK, Yeah, I. Move that. Thanks. Yeah, congratulations. Very cool. All right gang, we are back Monday, 7:00 AM Eastern. And we will, as we said, we will be breaking down the show. Everything is alive and trying to figure out what can we learn from these shows, the successful shows. So come join us for that. Tuesday we're going to be talking all things private podcasting. BCS going to join the conversation as well as Cliff Ravenscraft, the OG podcast coach. The the both those two have their own or have had their own private podcast. So we're going to break it down and discuss the advantages if there are disadvantages and maybe something it'll inspire somebody to start their private podcast. Wednesday we're going to do news and comment. Thursday's another evaluation and Fridays to TBD aside from sharing our wins from the week.

05 So until Monday gang, make it a great weekend. Everybody take care.
