I absolutely LOVE this podcast; becoming a regular listener has seriously changed my life for the better, and that is no exaggeration. Whilst tuning in weekly over the past couple of months, I have since turned my best friend onto Good Moms, Bad Choices; I kid you not, we often make reference to the podcast and hosts in our text threads because Erika and Milah, their ideologies, their practices, and their wisdom align *completely* with our philosophy. It has been so emotionally and physically fulfilling to find this beautiful corner of the podcast universe, at the intersection between sexuality and spirituality. Authentic & raw voices that are so needed!
I discovered Good Moms Bad Choices as I’m trying to navigate being a new mamí. It. Is. So. Hard!!! I feel alone, but hearing Erika & Milah are a breath of fresh air as I navigate healing, Mamíhood & manifesting.

Milah threatened me to write a review so here I am. Lol. I found out about you guys through the Gettin Grown podcast and I’be been a fan since. I even became a Patreon subscriber! You are beautiful and I appreciate you sharing your ups and downs of not only being a parent but being women of color as well. I too, am I mother and black and now am a regular cannabis user as well (LETS ALL SMOKE ONE OR TWO OR FIVE) so I can definitely get what you are putting down. 😉

My TRIBE
This was the first podcast I started listening to after searching "weed friendly mom podcasts" hahaha just glad that is even a catagory. These ladies curate a really dope community of powerful mamas. They talk from the heart, keep you thinking, laughing, and it's great to see their transformation.
I HIGHly recommend this podcast if you are a mom who likes to let loose and are looking to feel like you are not alone!

Hidden gem of podcasts!
I found this podcast during COVID while i was stuck at home with my 7 year old step son working AND assisting with zoom school (basically pulling my hair out!) it was a rec from one of my other fav podcasts (forever35) and boy did this recommendation deliver! I fell in love with the pod immediately and the hosts (Erica and Milah) are so open honest and real that i feel like we’d be besties in real life! It has definitely been my sanity crutch during the pandemic and now during my commute home from work. I love it sooo much that i felt i needed even more content so i joined their Patreon tribe and have recently decided to binge listen in chronological order from the beginning! If you’re interested in listening to something relatable, funny, informative, and close to home, this is the pod for you!

So many of your episodes have helped me get through situations. There is so much understanding and clarity when tuning in. I appreciate the vulnerability that goes into the podcast, the humor, the realnesssss. Also I love how y’all are getting into masculine and feminine energies! I’d love for you guys to dive deeper into all that because it is Real. Money March was amazing. I tune in when I need to get centered or when my mind is extra busy.
