I’ve been listening to this podcast for over a year and their modern parenting insights are on trend and authentic! I recommend this podcast to all my friends who are mamas. Black motherhood is nuanced, hard and thrilling and this podcast provides resources to really navigate it. I love the sexual single mom stories, the amazing tips to raising children in the 21st century, as well as the fun guests and topics! Milah is a beautiful writer and speaker. I love listening to Milah’s & Erica’s authentic journey as a mama. As a fellow cannabis mama, I’ve found them to be relatable in my journey of growth and healing. Their episodes always seem to align and provide me with what I need. I feel like I’m hanging out with my besties while listening. I love these two.

These Ladies Get It
I have been listening to the podcast for about 2 years or so now and I absolutely love it especially they route it has ventured down this year. These ladies are 100% down to earth and provide so much needed information in a educational and fun way. I am always sharing the episodes with my family and friends because of how much I love these girls and what they do. Keep up the amazing stuff ladies. Absolutely Love It!!!!

Can’t stop coming back
I found these ladies on IG and I immediately added their podcast to my list. I cannot stop coming back to listen for more. They are as real as one can get and I love it. Must have for all women
I listen on a different platform so I never took this extra step but I wanted to make sure I did. You twisted my arm ladies! This show saved me on a lot of days. It’s relatable and more importantly promotes feeing good about being human. I especially save each episode about healing and go back to listen when I need it most. I do my moaning breathing in my mask in public when I get anxiety now haha. You keep me grounded. Keep it up, love the show!
