Part 2 | Bad Teachers: Haley Beck & Angela Burlaka

0:20 Hey everyone, welcome back to Exposed Scandalous Files of the Elite. I'm Jim Chapman and I am continuing the Bad Teacher series covering Haley Beck and Angela Berlaca. Now, when I left off on the last episode, police had questioned a lot of witnesses in this case and also the two teachers accused in this case, Haley and Angela. Now, police were awaiting downloads of cell phone data and forensic analysis taken from vehicles. And the witnesses in this case, they just kept on coming. On August 5th of 2025, police met with a mother named Allie and her daughter at the police station. The daughter being questioned was 17 years old and currently a senior at Centennial High School, and she had some information about an incident that she wanted to share. She said she had heard some rumors about Miss Angela sending nudes to football players. She said she did not know all the details or exactly who was involved.

1:27 But she did say she noticed when she started dating, and it's redacted, the name, but it's safe to assume that it's the victim in this case. Because of the context that I'm going to tell you about, she said when she started dating this person, Miss Angela would be weird with her. And when she would go to the bathroom, Miss Angela would ask her if she's going to hang out with redacted. She asked her about Redacted all the time. And this 17-year-old said she thought it was weird. She also said Miss Angela was one of the first people to find out her and Redacted were dating. She also said she heard Miss Angela added multiple boys on Snapchat and it was just Redacted who those boys were. She said that she heard Miss Angela added a boy in particular that is either a freshman or a sophomore in the high school and that that boy was added after a football game. She said Miss Angela texted him flirty shit, quote unquote, and Redacted was scared. When the police officer asked her what types of things that she would send, the 17-year-old said she would send flirty stuff and tell him that her husband does not satisfy her enough. Can you believe a teacher would send that? She would also tell Redacted to come to her classroom early and not to tell anyone about it. She did say she had never seen those messages firsthand. And that's important. But she

2:58 said she heard them from other people. Now, the reason I say that important is obvious. You know, kids will be kids and sometimes kids are full of shit. So it's important to get that firsthand information. Now, she said she heard from other students. that they had received similar messages. She doesn't know who, but she said she heard people say the victim in this case is not the only one. She also said she just knows the whole football team is bonded over how weird the teachers are and that they have seen the same pictures of Miss Angela that have been kind of circulating around the school. And then she goes into Miss Beck a little bit. She said Miss Beck was also a weirdo, and is weird with all her students, very flirty, and fixated on still being in high school, and that everyone knows that the 17-year-old victim in this case and her had something going on.

3:53 She said she never liked Miss Beck, and Miss Beck was her teacher back when she had psychology class the prior year. She went on to say Miss Beck not only texted the victim specifically, but also texted other football players specifically, She went on to say she never saw anything freaky in her words in the text from Miss Beck. It would just be her sending him money or asking him generalized questions like, what are you doing today? Or let's go get food. In other messages, this 17-year-old said Miss Beck would send pictures of herself and ask the victim if she should post them to Instagram. And that's big time grooming, y'all. She's sending him pictures and basically saying, does this look nice on me? She's trying to groom him and figure out where he's at. She also said Miss Beck would snap the victim like they were friends and she would get mad if he didn't respond and would save pictures of the victim in Snapchat. She said Miss Beck and the girls on the soccer team were really close and one of her friends who was on the team also commented on how weird Miss Beck was with the students. She said a bunch of students would hang out with Miss Beck in her classroom after school, and it seemed like she had weird connections with them.

5:10 She said Miss Beck would send Apple payments to the victim, and she had no idea what those payments were for. It just seemed like random payments to her. for things like pizza, stuff like that. So that was pretty much the end of her interview. And another interview followed that. And it was with who turned out to be an anonymous witness. Now, this anonymous witness comes to the station. And what led to this questioning was through interviews, someone had mentioned that this anonymous witness had possibly been involved in all this stuff or at least witnessed some sort of incident in the school. So we're going to get into that. So this witness sits down with police and the police tell him that they had heard that this witness had possibly been involved with or witnessed something with these teachers somehow. And they say, we're just trying to find out if all this is true. And the witness did say that they had heard some rumors about Miss Beck and another student that was a football player named, and they named the victim in this case. They said that they would go out to lunch and hang out, meaning the victim and Miss Beck. And they would also hang out outside of class and eventually the victim got a girlfriend and that they had heard from other students Ms.

6:29 Beck was upset about it. This anonymous witness went on to say a couple of other students saw Ms. Beck arguing outside of class and the victim was telling her in the argument, I have a girlfriend, why do you care about what I do? The witness said toward the end of senior year, the witness heard Ms. Beck and the victim were doing sexual activities. The witness said a couple of students said there was a video going around, but that the witness had never personally seen that video. But there were definitely rumors about Ms. Beck giving the victim head in the video. And that was pretty much the gist of his interview. What I'm seeing here is I'm seeing a lot of people coming out saying, I haven't seen anything personally, but I heard kind of through the grapevine that this happened and And that doesn't mean it didn't happen. It just means it's third-hand information. And that can be a problem when you're trying to convict someone of something or at least charge them. And that's why the forensic examination of those cell phones as well as all the other forensic evidence is so important in this case. So at this point, there's a few more interviews that pretty much they all say the same thing, y'all.

7:43 Both of these teachers are acting weird towards students. Both of these teachers seemed very flirty toward these students. And everybody at the school heard about these videos regarding the teachers. And it's around this time that the downloads of the cell phone are complete. And I have the complete text messages. I'm going to go over those with you now. So I'm going to obviously refer to the victim as the victim and the accused as their actual name. And you'll see as I go through the text, the progression of flirtation and the obvious shit that was going on when you get the context of all this from the text messages.

8:24 So let's get into it. And just to give you some context of this first series of text messages, Haley is going to a concert and she tells the victim she's going to give him $ 5 per compliment for a photo on an outfit she's wearing. And she sends a photo of herself to the victim. And he provides some feedback. And eventually, after this first series of texts, she sends him $ 25 via Apple Pay. So the conversation started out like this. Haley, want to grab some food at like 3? Victim, I'm going to try to go in and get tatted. So I'll let you know. Haley, I have a small window before Post Malone. So just let me know. Victim.

9:10 does a laughing emulging and then the victim says I have to drive 72 miles tonight so I'm not thrilled. Haley responds rest in peace. Haley then sends a photo and the photo is of Haley taking a picture of her reflection in the mirror. She is clothed wearing black boots, blue shorts, black sleeveless shirt and a brown white trucker style hat. The background of the photo appears to be a bedroom. And the caption of the photo is, postie fit, check it. The victim hits the like button on that. Haley comments, one compliment gets you $ 5 gas money. The victim says, well, I'm going to have to shell out five compliments. Haley says, better start now. Then Haley says, well, no, now they're forced. I don't want them anymore. The victim says, I think your boots are very fitting. The proportion well on your legs. Then he says, I think your top is cute because of the fray lacy look. Then he says, I think the hat is fire. Then he says, okay, belt.

10:11 I see that. And I like your hair straight. Haley says, was that hard for you to be honest? Haley then says, you should have seen me last time I wore this shirt. It was tight on me. The victim says, crazy. Cough it up. Haley says, you know, just a you look good would have sufficed. Why the hell are you driving 72 miles tonight? The victim says, you said five, meaning the compliment's. Then he says, bro, cuz I have to go to this dumb youth camp at North High and then up to Anthem to sleep before I leave for tomorrow morning. Haley says, sleepover in Anthem? Don't forget to come get me. And then she writes, just kidding. And the victim says, that is where I'll be. Haley says, maybe.

10:58 Then she says, sent $ 25 Apple Pay. Compliments. The concert won't end till like 11-ish. I wouldn't feel bad making you get me. The victim says, yeah, I'll be asleep. And Haley says, well, okay, see you never. I was going to make you drive me to get drunky snacks. Haley then sends a photo of two twisted tea cans. Later in the conversation, Haley and the victim discuss going to Anthem so Haley can eat. Haley texts, come pick me up. Victim says, I'm literally pulling up to my grandma's. Haley says, why? Tanger outlets. I want to hang. Victim says, deep ASF. And then says, I'm overly far. And Haley says, well, what is there to do in Anthem? Then she says, nah, you got to get asleep. And the victim says, drive to flag. And Haley says, right. So nothing we can do tonight. Victim says, I mean, you can Uber here.

11:57 And Haley says, Anthem ain't too far. The victim says, I'll let you in. And Haley says, to your grandpas? And the victim says, and then in the morning you can drive my car home. Haley says, what can I do with your grandpas for real? And then she says, I'm capable of driving. Victim says, then my car is stuck out here. Laugh out loud, eat me. I don't know. And Haley says, well, duh. But like, what about your grandpa? Victim says, he's almost 70. He'll be asleep. Haley says, okay, like be so realistic right now. And by the time I get to you, it will be late. But like, I want to. Now this next series of messages, Haley and the victim, they discuss where are you going to get food? And Haley then says something very disturbing to the victim. And you're going to figure that out as we go along. And it starts out, Haley, well, are we like picking up drive-thru? Like what's the vibe? Victim.

12:57 I don't got all day. I got to get ready to leave at 7 a.m. tomorrow, but probably like car. Mukbang? In y'all car, mukbang is an internet trend where indulging in their favorite fast food from the comfort of their car is popularized by social media influencers sharing videos of themselves devouring fast food. And that was in the report because I had no idea what the hell that was either. Haley then sends a series of AI-generated themed photos and said she is going to post them in her classroom. Victim says, request money. Haley then sends victim the requested amount via Apple Pay. Haley says, you know, you could always get your nut off with me. Haley then follows up with, you're sick. Haley then follows up with, God forbid a girl offers her services. Now this is a teacher student, right? The victim reacts to that with like a like sign. And then he says, you're funny. And Haley says, but I'm also serious. Just call me if you're feeling crazy. Victim says, and that's why it's funny.

14:03 And then he laughed at her other comment and he wrote, maybe tonight. And Haley says, or we could keep it PG and get F-R-O-Y-O. No idea what that means. Haley then says, but you know, it all takes me just driving to you. So the victim laughs at that. The victim says, I feel bad, but I want to go to the dispo, but I can't because I have dinner right now and I have to pack and shit. So it's still going to close by the time I leave. So I'm asking you if you can go for me and just pick it up and then I'll hit you when I'm done with dinner. Haley says, yeah, I can do that. Then she says, so you want me to grab something from there to come bring you? I guess this is like a grocery store, y'all. She says, I'm still here at Sushi downtown, so that buys you some time.

14:52 And the victim says, no, don't come straight here. Wait till I text you. And then he writes, don't text me though. And then he writes, okay, okay. Then he writes, yes, just get another infused any flavor to be honest and he keeps writing after that don't text I'll text you later and then Haley says just stay at my place I'll drive you to the airport tomorrow and then she writes joking and the victim says might ask you to and Haley says what others I'm on the way now and then she says if you don't hear from me in 15 send a search party because I'm probably crashed from falling asleep. The victim laughs at that comment. And then he writes, go down the street behind mine. And then he writes and come from the other side of my house, like the back part where the two streets connect.

15:42 And Haley says, if you can't just let me know. And I'm going to dip. And he says, okay, come to my house. And Haley writes, I did. Now, the next series of text messages, Haley speaks of providing an allowance for the victim while he's away on a trip. And there's a lot of references to nicknames that he has for Haley in this series. And it starts, victim, are you going to be my daily allowance service for this trip? Did we set a benchmark or do I ask just by item? What are we thinking here? And Haley sends a photo of a phone game with the caption, have you ever played this game? I feel like you would like it. And then she says, this sounds like an official business deal. The victim laughs at that. He says, I don't know about deal, more so communication. And Haley says, yeah, communication is always good. Don't get too crazy with demands, but I'm sure we can work something out. The victim writes, LMAO, nothing you haven't seen before, probably just when I'm hungry.

16:45 I'm fitting to eat probably at this connection in Houston. And Haley says, it's fun, always good. get some food and she liked the comments. She then sends a photo of her neck and Haley appears at this time to be outside tanning. Her neck is exposed and it's red. Her head is tilted slightly to one side and on her neck is a small red mark toward her throat. And the victim says, oh goodness. And Haley says, sent money via Apple Pay. The victim says, you're going to have skin cancer. And Haley says, talking about the hickey. And the victim says, hey, sugar mama, nice to hear from you at the perfect time. Look at you being telepathically connected. Haley laughs at that comment and says, you better suck up right now because I cried myself to sleep last night because you didn't say love you back.

17:36 She followed that up with, I also decided I don't like the title of sugar mama. It makes me feel used. The victim says, oh gosh, what title do you prefer? Cry baby? Haley says, watch it. I'm being drama. I didn't cry, but I was visibly shocked. You can call me darling or doll. Those always suffice. The victim says, I fell asleep, requested money. And then sugar baby requesting money from doll face sugar mama. So in this next series of messages, Haley apparently is starting to feel used by the victim. And she starts talking about that in these texts saying, if I cut you off from the money benefit from all this, I really fear you would never speak to me again. The victim laughs at that.

18:21 And then he says, I don't know if we should try to find out. And Haley says, is that a threat? I think you would miss me for just a little bit. But enjoy your expensive Fort Lauderdale pregnant lady beach tacos. The victim laughs at that and he says, probably. And Haley says, nah, I was just thinking about how we started off. Literally nothing to do with money. How did we get to this point? The victim says, man. And Haley says, back when you liked me for me and not for my bank. You also sometimes like me for something that doesn't even require money. But obviously no one can do that right now. I thought you meant to the little skills challenge thing. I don't know what that last part meant. The victim laughs at all that. Then he says, nah, whatever you was doing the other night with your tongue, don't let that get out of your inventory.

19:15 Keep it in your back pocket, ready to go. Now in these messages, Haley tells the victim to catch her before her period starts the next day. She says, got to catch me today before my period starts tomorrow, I think. And then she sends a GIF of Kevin James. Then she says, what the hell does the helicopter mean? And why did you thumbs down that comment? She then sends another GIF and the victim responds back, propeller motions. And Haley says, meaning what? Next to a tongue, like what? Right after you disliked a message saying to see me today, lots of mixed signs here. The victim says, I won't be seeing you today unless you pick me up from the airport and just devour my shit. Haley says, I thought I can't since you have to get your dad shit.

20:06 And then they send numerous text messages coordinating everything. when to pick the victim up from the airport. Haley says, I don't know if I'm supposed to devour you if I'm driving and dropping you off. And the victim says, at the crib, out front. And Haley says, it's so sus doing it during the day. But okay, whatever you say, the victim says, come inside. Haley says, if no one was home, then you prefer that? But I guess I'll settle for being a rebellious teen. The victim laughed at that and said, yep, just like always, a big kid stuck in high school, fucking his high schooler. Shit crazy the world we live in. Am I right? Haley says, like, why are you complaining? You're making me feel bad. Like you're getting basically a relationship out of me without the arguments and constant need for commitment and reassurance. So you're welcome.

20:57 The victim loved that comment and he said, not necessarily complaining. Sugar mama. Porn start. Are the perks. cars, hotels, even the apartment. And Haley says, yeah, all while you have a girlfriend on the side. But at least you know that I'm not going to start arguments with you randomly. I don't know if this is supposed to be a compliment or offensive. And the victim says, compliment? You're just not in a porn star body, that's all. And she laughs at that comment. And the victim goes on to say, I live a wild life. What can I say? Haley responds, and there's an insult? The victim says it's not an insult if it's just a fact. And Haley says, so is this you admitting you have a girlfriend? Because if that's the case, I'm not doing nothing with you. The victim says, I don't have a girlfriend, for real. Haley says, okay, thank you. I really hope you aren't trolling me, though.

21:48 Because weirdly, that is when I'd cut off everything. Not like us being cool, just my physical and money services. So I hope you aren't just lying to keep it. And get this, the victim responds, nah. I mean, if I was 27 and had a boyfriend that was a cop while I'm breaking the law with my student, I'd probably be conservative with my services as well. But I don't know. I don't have any experience. It's just a thought. I mean, you can't make that shit up. Now, in these next messages. Well, you're going to figure it out here. Haley says, really? Only like 20 away. It's not too bad. So when you leave the gym, I'll leave. And then the victim says, I just left. And Haley says, okay, so should I leave? The victim says, I'm just trying to get my dick sucked. So let me know. Haley says, yeah, so I can leave now. I'll be there in 20.

22:43 The victim says, all right. Haley responds like five away. Do you want me to pull up to the front of your house? The victim says a little before. Haley says be there at two. The victim says literally am all ready to walk out fresh out of the shower. And as soon as I get downstairs, the sharpest pain in my stomach ever starts straight bubble guts. And then there's a little time there. I guess they were doing the deed or whatever they were doing. And then Haley says, Sends another text to him, says, let me know if you need me tomorrow during your tattoo time because I'm going to be in Scottsdale, but then have to make my way back over here by six for Pilates. But then if you're not doing anything, can we get F-R-O-Y-O?

And Haley says, if you want tequila later, you'd have to like meet me somehow or wait until I'm done. The victim says, yeah, when you're done, but not tequila, just a big bottle of whatever will get us drunk. But we're drinking Crown when we get there. So get something that will mix with Crown. And Haley says, let me just get y'all buzz balls. Those will knock y'all out. The victim says, Beck, get a biggie. blue one. So when I started this series, y'all, I told you there were going to be texts that I was going to review that would even make me blush. And trust me, y'all, that takes a lot after the cases I've covered. But here we definitely get into some pretty dirty shit between Haley and this high school student with these messages that took place between July 5th and July 6th. of 2025 and they reference the victim breaking up with his girlfriend Haley says but was mainly asking you so you could actually come to my place again sometime unless you found others to do that stuff for you now apparently the victim says man it was and then Haley says I knew that was gonna happen Like you chose to be the nice guy. There's no compromise and breakups, but somehow she's still going to do the same shit. Like do it now when you have the opportunity to be the one that didn't do anything wrong or else the cycle

25:00 will keep continuing. So she's sitting here trying to get him to break up with his girlfriend. She keeps on. She says, but your life, do you? I just feel like you're so ready to be done. Hopefully you still enjoy me sucking your dick. So let me know when you want that. The victim laughed at that and said, got it. Haley goes on to say, I feel like things are going to change with us when school year starts again. And then there's a little delay. They talk later on, Haley and the victim, and they have a conversation about a concert that Haley attended. And there's a reference about Haley performing oral sex. Then Haley blatantly tells the victim she will suck your dick tomorrow. It starts like this. No, for real, I can't wait to put this burrito in my mouth. Yes, I have my car. Why?

Haley says, because I drank and I'm being responsible. About to smoke a selfie. Victim says, here we go. Haley says, brother, what you doing tomorrow?

The victim laughed at that and then Haley said, okay, well add me to your plans. The victim says, if I get an opening, I should. Haley says, oh, cut it out. Now, in this next little series, Haley offered her vehicle to the victim and asked if he had driven it, to which he declined. She asked him to take her car through the car wash and have it vacuumed and complained of a sore throat. And she said she would need a break. She starts out by saying, I need approximately one day break from sucking dick. My throat is not well. The victim says, you have until Monday.

And there's no real response to that, but then Time passes and Haley sends some more texts confronting the victim about a video a student had said another student had seen. And she writes, Hi, sorry, I have a serious question. The victim says, What's up? Haley says, Why did Redacted just send random text to me saying she heard some crazy stuff about me? And so I said, What? And she said, Redacted said, Apparently you were going through your phone pics and shed a video of me sucking your dick.

Haley says, like, I'll stay up if you will come, but turn your brain off for a few. The victim says, and just get my balls licked? Haley says, sure, if that's what you want. When I visit your home, I'm coming to beat them cheeks up. Haley smiles and then says, ew. The victim says, freak. Haley says, if my shit was weak, then what's the point even? The victim says, cry me a river. Haley says, when are you going to come home to visit then?

Haley says, in a group with Berlaca for our meeting and it feels so wrong. The victim laughs at that. Haley says, what was the pic you sent me over Snap? Like, what did it say? The victim says, I don't know. Haley says, hmm, I thought I had it saved, but I guess not. Now, the next series of messages, Haley and the victim discuss Haley's weight and when the victim was a sophomore. The messages also progress talking about Miss B, a 50-year-old, and that's Miss Berlaca is what they're assuming here.

32:05 The victim says, those ID pics are funny. Haley says, funny, why? Let me guess. I was a beluga in the first few. The victim says, bro, my sophomore year, you were 1 billion percent overweight and now you look fire. Haley liked that comment. The victim said, man, ain't that right? Haley says, yeah, but you still fucked with me then, like as a person. The victim says, negative. You were a cool teacher. Haley says, is my one this year good then? The victim says, and my current teacher. Haley says, or better at least, you're telling me you wouldn't have tried with me back then solely because of the teacher aspect? The victim says not at all because it would have been like, oh, she's not even a flex. She's rough. And Haley says, right, right.

34:03 The victim laughed at that and texted back, right? And Haley said, I'm glad you still refer to me as your sugar mama. I thought my services were being retired. The victim says, yep, lifelong side piece. Haley wrote, lifelong. I'm going to get sick of this side piece eventually. I'll need an upgraded title. Eight hours of meetings today. I'm actually going to kill myself. The victim said, well, that's not my decision. He writes, you're the old lady here. If you seek a relationship your age, I can't be anything other than your side piece. You're playing with fire, not me. And Haley wrote, you think I'm still FW even when I'm in a relationship. The victim wrote, 100%.

Now in this next series of text, Haley and the victim discuss a meeting. Haley writes, you roomie want in on that action too? And then she wrote back in caps, I'm kidding. The victim wrote, wow, you really are just a bucket. Like you would do that shit, I really feel like. And Haley writes back, you're insane, a bucket? Bro, he could very well be a minor and I would never do this for a stranger.

35:43 The victim wrote, cool, sounds good to me. And Haley sends a screenshot with lyrics in a caption saying, forget teenage dream. This is my new song to you. And it's like a love song. And the victim writes back, Jesus Christ. And Haley writes, tee hee hee. Oh, relax. Live a little. Time passes. Another conversation. And in that thread, the victim writes, thank you for all the things you do and have done. Click the accept though, I'm at the counter. So she's paying for shit again. Haley writes back, why are you thanking me? It's making it seem like you're dumb with me. The victim writes, nah, I'm just no fin to be as available because I'm gone. And Haley then sends him Apple cash. She writes, yeah, no, I know, but still like available over your text and call, you know, I'll see you this weekend when you're available for our temporary last hurrah. The victim liked that comment and he wrote back, yeah, but not regular. And then he wrote back, maybe. Haley says, when I come home, I'm coming home to beat them cheats up. That's where I got that impression. Laugh out loud. The victim says, haha, maybe that's funny. Haley says, nah. Like, I know you have stuff to do and people to see, but don't forget about your sugar mama. Now, I'm going to deviate from the text a little bit because there were also some searches conducted through Ms. Beck's Apple Pay. And here's an example of the payments that were sent to the

Now, not only did police download Haley's phone, but they also downloaded Angela's phone.

37:57 And I'll say Angela was a lot slicker with text. She wasn't as risky with it. And they were able to find some stuff they would consider incriminating in this series of texts. So I'm going to read you that. It's pretty short in Angela's case. Angela, what's your tattoo artist? Victim, this guy named Creep on 43rd Avenue in Grand. Angela, not much and you? Victim, just floating around. Victim, shake my head. Why'd you unad me? Angela, just trying to stay out of trouble. Victim, if you say so, you got any free time coming up? Angela, I'm leaving town this weekend. Victim, where to? Angela, Colorado for a week.

38:41 Last vacay before school starts. Victim, some are going fast. Angela, it really does. Then Angela texts him. Good morning. Victim, good morning. Curious if your offer is still on the table. Angela, yes, but not right now. Victim, catch me in December. I'm curious if you can teach me some things or not. Angela, are you graduating early? Victim, yes, I am. Victim, I'll be done in December, so catch me over break when you get free time. I need to see if you got any special tricks. And then he follows that up with, and I'll be 19. Angela, nice, and I'd be happy to. Victim, we'll see what you got up your sleeve. Angela, anything you want. What's with you copying my message? Should I be worried? Victim, not about me. Angela, good to know. Victim, excited for school? And then Angela wrote two messages back, but they were erased and police could not recover them.

39:42 And that was the end of that conversation. So back to Haley, there was also some audio messages on her phone that the police were able to download. And these audio messages that I'm about to bring you are between a 17-year-old whose name is redacted, but a 17-year-old that Haley apparently had told all this shit that's going on. And it starts out, Haley sends an audio message. I want to know how you like it. They found out about it. 17-year-old, I don't know. I actually have no clue. I was just as confused, to be honest. Haley, like, did someone turn it in? Like, obviously, like, I mean, maybe a parent, but like, victim's parents surely didn't like, that's not something they would do or care about, honestly. 17-year-old, I know. I don't, nah, definitely not. I don't, I don't know because Ms. Berlaca has like a husband. Haley, victim was supposed to say UHM like over the weekend until Sunday until he went to California. But then he went yesterday and a part of me feels like it has to do with this. 17 year old. Uh-huh. It might, to be honest, not going to lie. Haley. Yeah, no, she's got a whole husband and like two grown up kids talking about Miss Berlaca. So I don't know. 17 year old. Jeez Louise, bro. Haley, literally he is. He didn't.

41:09 He's just like the receiver of that. Like, I don't know. I think, yeah, I think he's dipping away from that kind of like abruptly kind of sus. I mean, this shit's, I mean, it's not even English. If he just received them, I don't know. 17 year old. I know that's actually like smart to be honest. I think you're onto something. Haley says, yeah, he because he was literally back for like one day and I'm pretty sure he's going to come talk to the coaches, but didn't even do that. Like, I just want to know what went down for him to do it so abruptly. And they go. They go on with this shit. I'm not going to read all of that because it's just her freaking out because she knows the jig is up, right? So another text change they uncovered appears to be the victim in this case and a friend of his. And apparently he had just had sex with one of these teachers and they were texting back and forth about it. And here's what that sounded like. It started, fuck bro, how you feeling? And this is, The friend, the victim says, better for sure.

42:17 The friend says, how was it having our teacher eat the dick? The friend says, toothache gone. I'm locked in. Then he follows that up with easy, laid there. Then she was like fucking sweating on me and shit. Her belly was smacking my belly. Fat bitch, fat ass bitch. And then I had to get up and she was like, fuck me like this. And she just wanted to lay down. So I crushed it for like two minutes and then came all over her face and then booted her and went to sleep. That shit was crazy to see. And then he sends a snap to his friend, but the police were not able to see what he sent there.

42:57 Then he writes whole face covered in my kids. Well, she's been wanting the facial. She said she couldn't see it had gotten in her eyes. And I started laughing. So at this point in the case, the police are finally able to seize the cell phone of the victim. And in this case, they had to get cooperation from the San Diego Police Department, but they did get his phone and they're able to search his iCloud and they find two folders labeled deleted and expunged within these two folders. And they did come up with some videos of Angela Berlaca in a state of nudity. Now, the first video we're going to talk about is a video with audio.

43:38 It's 39 seconds in length. It depicts a female. They identify as Angela masturbating with a dark colored penis shaped object like a black dildo. And it said a white control box is at the base of that penis-shaped object. As the video continues, the female is masturbating with the object by inserting it repeatedly into her vagina. The female has manicured nails. They are painted dark in color. And the audio of the video is of the female moaning, but no name is said. And the reason they noted that is, remember, the grandmother in the beginning said she saw a video wearing a name. was moaned into the camera.

44:21 It also says the camera is focused on the female's vagina and her face is not visible. Based off of the penis-shaped object and the blanket in the background, these two items were compared with search warrant photos at Angela's residence. Get this, and this is important y'all, the penis-shaped object was found in Angela's bedroom. A black dildo the same penis-shaped object seen in the video. Also, the bedding in the background of the video is the same bedding that was seen on Angela's bed at her residence. With this information, it's reasonable to believe the woman masturbating in the video is Angela. So with all that, y'all, that I covered throughout this two-part series, you would think at this point in time we're waiting on trial, right? Well, would you believe that neither one of these teachers has even been so much as arrested? And that's why at the beginning of this series, I said everyone is innocent until proven guilty.

45:20 This is just a police report and all that. Now, I want to read the conclusion that the detective on this case came to, and then we're going to discuss it. It reads, after authoring numerous search warrants and processing thousands of media files, I have concluded the following. In reference to Haley Beck, it is evident there was a sexual relationship with Haley and the victim. This was based off of numerous text messages found in Haley's phone that explicitly talk about sucking the victim's dick. All of the conversations occurred after the victim had already turned 18. However, after review of the evidence, I believe Haley had a sex relationship based off of financial obligation. Over the course of one and a half months, Haley had sent $ 632 to the victim. In one of the financial exchanges, Haley had the caption, this money exchange feels just like straight prostitution.

46:16 And the victim and Haley refer to each other as sugar baby and sugar mama. And then the detective goes into defining that. He goes on to say in one message, Haley told the victim, if you cut off from the money benefits from all this, I really fear you would never speak to me. And he kind of goes to prove a case. And he says he's basically alluding to the fact that this could be a prostitution thing. I think that's a real fucking stretch. I definitely see that she was paying him, but I think it was a grooming thing, not necessarily a prostitution thing. I think definitely he was still doing what he was doing because she was a good money outlet for him, but I don't know that he wouldn't have done that without the money.

47:01 I think he just didn't want to lose the money. The detective goes on to say, in regard to Angela, there were a few messages between Haley and the victim. After serving legal process to the victim's iCloud account, two videos were discovered that showed Angela in a state of nudity. One of the videos was provided by Rochelle, which is the grandmother. Metadata for this video showed, and it's redacted, had the other video after he turned 18. The other video, however, is believed to be Angela based on the penis-shaped object in the background, which were the same items seen in a resident pursuant to a search warrant. The metadata for this video had the video before he had turned 18.

47:46 For both videos, I can't determine how he obtained the videos, and it's unclear if Angela sent the videos or not. There has been repeated information. There are other students who are potential victims in this case, but with the victim and a name that's redacted, refusing to cooperate and provide information. I'm not able to confirm if there's other victims in this case. Essentially, what the detective is saying here is he can't prove, in Angela's case, one of the videos, the metadata shows the date, right, that that video was produced. And the metadata showed this victim was not 18 then. But he can't prove when Angela actually sent the video only when the video was recorded and he can't prove how the victim received it. Angela, her story is, I don't know how the fuck he got that video. He's not talking to police. And so there's, there's no proof there because people can get, people could hack someone's, you know, Dropbox or something. There's no telling what's in there. So There's just not enough evidence to move forward on that with Angela. I get that. A little bit different with the other girl, Haley. Now, they definitely know they were screwing, but they don't have enough evidence to say they were screwing before 18. And that's the whole issue here. I'd love to know y'all's thoughts about this case. And I want you to imagine this, though, before we get out of here. What if this was a male teacher or

49:20 two male teachers and not two female teachers? Do you think they would have at least been arrested? Do you think the text communication would not have been enough to provide some proof that nefarious shit was going on? I mean, what are your thoughts on that? Is there a double standard? I know you know my thoughts on that. I absolutely believe there's a huge double standard between male and female teachers, but I'd love to hear your thoughts. As for the teachers in this case, Angela Berlaca voluntarily resigned and surrendered her Arizona teaching certificate And Haley Beck was fired by the school board, and she's, according to everything I researched, currently unemployed. Over 4,000 text messages involving sexual activity, altering grades, etc.
