I love that all women are queens and we should take care of ourselves and be good to ourselves. We can accomplish so much, just need to be true to ourselves. Live a life with no drama and no excuses. We deserve is all and can have it all. We just need to allow ourselves to accept it. Love that she is such an advocate for women!!!

this episode made me realize I don’t take care of myself as I should. Gina is So right when she explains women don’t appreciate ourselves. We need to get out of our own head with taking care of everyone else. We deserve to be take care of ourself.
