I started listening to CJ as a background noise for my hobby of diamond painting. I never listened to a podcast before and wanted to give it a try instead of putting on a tv show. I have listened to nearly ALL the episodes that have been released. Ashley AND Brit do a great job explaining the stories even when there are no happy endings for the victims. Brit asks the questions I always have in my mind when listening and I think she is a vital part to this podcast. I love Ashley too but seeing Brit get the hate she is getting is heartbreaking! I have learned so much from listening to CJ as a woman living in the world we currently live in. I will never stop listen and when my phone lights up with a new podcast from CJ I am ready to go back into detective mode with Ash and Brit. I highly recommend this podcast to all true crime people!

The political bias and judgment about what they don’t agree on detract so much from the show sometimes and it makes the show so negative. I love many of the episodes but the massive bias is overwhelming on some which puts a negative aspect on episodes. I would suggest they stop the judgement on the episodes if they want to not have a lot of listeners to shut the episodes off. Ashley says that they need our help then alienate a lot of listers. Not on every episode but enough to make me no longer want to listen.

Love her views on women’s rights. Thank you for using your platform to advocate for women.

I’ve always just “liked” crime junkies but hearing them speak up for women’s rights in the later episode has made me love them. It feels less sterile and more like they’re real people after hearing that. Thank you ladies!

I have been watching Crime Junkie since I was five years old and I have loved it. They have been my favorite favorite favorite. My favorite one is the green river killer.

I’ve been reading the reviews and most of them are saying oh the episodes without Brit are so much better. But it’s weird most the time with just Ashley talking in a mic it seems so much better because Brit is asking such good questions that I am wondering. And this is the best crime podcast with Ashley AND BRIT ⬅️👍🏻. Brit if your reading this don’t don’t listen to all those negative things keep doing what your doing. I would definitely recommend this podcast.

Why are so many people hating on Brit like I lowkey love her parts?! Anyways also this is a great podcast to listen to for long car rides/ road trips! Totally suggest

Great job! I live on the big island and this case has had me intrigued for years. I knew of some of the eye witness testimonies of a different color truck being seen and a single male of Asian decent, Japanese is what the witness thought. My friend and now retired boss is the person that started the investigation and secured the crime scene where the bike was found. He stayed there 6 hours I believe until the first detective showed up . I might have my time wrong but all the senior detectives had taken vacation time off for the holidays . Big island had mostly missing people then that were more than likely murdered . I still am in contact with him regularly. He has a very vivid memory and had a real descriptive account of the scene he drove up on . And his frustrations of the bike scene being dumped on by numerous showers throughout the duration of his involvement if I remember correctly.he’s sharp and I can easily get a hold of him for an interview if you would like ,if this case isn’t finished up already. He currently resides near ilwaco Washington on the south west corner of Washington and is in big island s couple months out of the year. I can’t promise anything but I can ask and honestly don’t see while he wouldn’t.

Ashley and Brit are amazing. I started listening sporadically a few years ago, but just recently started from the very beginning and I’m hooked! I love how Brit always reacts exactly like I do. Keep up the awesome work y’all!

Beat crime podcast out there.

Absolutely hooked. First: I love that their voices are NOT annoying, nasally or that ridiculously high pitched sound that most teens in the early 2000s had.I love how they research what they’re talking about. Meaning: reading books, articles, and listen to interviews. It’s their own investigation!Lastly, I love the crimes they’re going over, and how they’re attempting to help solve a case in the process. It’s a great show. Very insightful and I’ve downloaded about 6 episodes to my cell for a flight I have coming up today. Thank you ladies!!

I love how these two are together! I am late to listening to podcast so I’m now listening to the ones from way back! I started listening in the fall of 2024 so I have a lot to catch up on. I already told some others about it who also like true crime.

I love Britt and Ashley. Every time I think of a question I would ask, Britt asks it, getting the answer immediately. And Ashley has that answer. Britt’s resilience through her own personal health trials and coming back to the show is admirable, and I couldn’t wait for her return! Britt also speaks up for the brown girls like myself ALL the time, especially since those cases historically don’t get as much if any coverage. We LOVE you Britt!
