Set an intention, trust your wings, and myth busters
On this episode of the Meditate Motivate and Movement podcast we shorten things up and try to give you a more concise episode so that you can get more time with family during this holiday season. For meditation we continue our discussion on taking a mental commute and clear space between transitions while working form home. We also discuss setting an intention the night before to get an 8hr head start on your day. For motivation we use the analogy of birds in order to explain the importance of just starting. And finally with movement we dispel a few commonly held beliefs that pertain to fitness.
