While humans do not currently produce venom, technically, they could.
In fact, all reptiles and mammals have that capability, according to an article published in the Journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.
Basically, we have all the tools we need, and it's just up to evolution to get them there.
I know many yokai that can spit venom, and I'm sure some humans would love to meet them if they wish to obtain such an ability.
