I Finally Heard the Truth About My Body Struggles: Tephanie's Story (Real Women, Real Stories)
We have so much information about health, our bodies, and what will make us feel better, coming at us from every direction. If you're ready to finally hear the truth, this episode is for you. Today, host Heather Creekmore welcomes coaching client Tephanie, and Compared to Who? team member, Christian body image coach, Tara, for a moving conversation about finding real freedom from body image struggles. This episode dives into what it’s really like to join the 40-day Body Image Journey, take the next step into group coaching, and experience transformative, Christ-centered growth alongside women in all stages of life.
What You’ll Hear in This Episode:
-
Tephanie’s Story: Tephanie courageously shares how body image issues impacted her life for years—from feeling like the “heavier friend” as a child, to trying diets after marriage, and always believing thinness was the key to worth and happiness.
-
The Power of Community: Listen as Tephanie describes overcoming her fears about group coaching, opening up in a safe space, and discovering that she wasn’t alone in her struggles.
-
What Coaching Looks Like: Coach Tara explains how every woman shows up nervous, but together they create a sacred, honest place where transformation happens.
-
Lasting Change: Tephanie reflects on how the journey shifted her mindset—from constant comparison and shame, to living with gratitude and serving as a positive role model for her family.
-
Behind the Scenes: You’ll also get a peek into the structure of the coaching programs (the 40-day journey, Body Image Freedom Framework, Attunement Reset), how each builds on the last, and the real “magic” that’s only possible through Christ-centered community.
Key Takeaways:
-
There is no “magic formula” for body image freedom—true peace comes from seeing yourself as God sees you.
-
You’re not alone; women of every age and stage struggle with body image, but healing happens in safe, supportive community.
-
Change is possible, even if you’ve felt stuck for years—the journey may be ongoing, but God’s freedom is real and available for you, too.

00:02:29
Speaker 3: Is going to be just a little bit different.
00:02:30
Speaker 2: But I think it's going to be super cool and I'm excited that you're here for it. I am here with one of our clients, Teffany, and her coach, Tara, and today it's going to be a little different because we're going to walk through Tephany's story, but we're also going to walk through the story from the perspective of Tara, and Tara's going to kind of chime in with what were some of the things that they did in coaching worked on in coaching, and and my goal for you is that you will truly have a taste of what it's like to work with us and coaching.
00:03:09
Speaker 3: And that perhaps if you're someone who's been on the fence and thought, well, I don't.
00:03:15
Speaker 2: Know, coaching could be really helpful, but I could also be really uncomfortable, or maybe I don't need.
00:03:22
Speaker 1: Coaching because my issues aren't that bad. Don't we all say that.
00:03:28
Speaker 2: If you're one of those people that thought maybe coaching, but then there's fear and questions around it, I'm hopeful that this episode will encourage you to take that step. So Tephany, Tara, welcome to the podcast.
00:03:44
Speaker 1: Thank you, thanks glad to be here. So, Tephany, you're in the hot seat today. What led you to coaching?
00:03:55
Speaker 2: Can you give us a little bit of your story, your journey, Like, I know you didn't wake up a morning like you know what I think I need. I think I need body image coaching. How'd you get here?
00:04:06
Speaker 4: So, of course it was a lifelong issue. This wasn't as you said overnight. I just always had body image issues growing up. Always felt like I was too large all the time. Even when I hit puberty, I always felt like I was the heavier friend, and my mom always struggled with weight as well, so it was always there. I never did a diet, though, which is crazy, until I got married, actually, but it was always in the back of my head always I'm not thin enough. I need to be thin to be attractive. I need to be thin to attract a husband because I wanted it, you know, when I was young, I wanted to get married and I need to be thin to keep a husband's So that was all the messaging that I would get as a teen, as a young adult. And then I got married, and then of course I tried different diets after I had kids. I would go on a diet and all that kind of thing, and that I was always I always struggled with, there's got to be more than just controlling my body. I knew there was some I always could tell that there was just something more, and I never knew like what I always thought of, maybe if I try to find a Christian kind of thing that might help me, because I knew it wasn't just my body that I was with. And I met someone who told me about the Forty Day Body Image Program and I thought, hey, maybe I'll try this. So but I was, you know, I was in that space of what's the trick, what's the key? What am I missing? What haven't I found yet to fix my problem? So that's kind of how I came into the forty Day Body in the class.
00:06:10
Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean that's we're all looking for that, right, I mean I think that's how everyone comes to the forty Day Body an a journey. They're like, surely you have the magic formula. And I've bought many, many, many magic formulas. I've tried many many minutes, so maybe this one will work.
00:06:27
Speaker 1: Yeah, And did I have the magic formula?
00:06:30
Speaker 2: There?
00:06:30
Speaker 1: Tehani?
00:06:31
Speaker 4: I loved about it? Was it was really finally I felt like I heard the truth about it, like it's we all struggle, but just the truth about where you can find that freedom. And it wasn't in my size. It wasn't in how thin or how could I stay a certain size or get to a certain size. And yeah, I felt like it was a huge aha. Oh my goodness, this is really what I need.
00:07:00
Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, the aha is there is no magic.
00:07:04
Speaker 4: Right.
00:07:05
Speaker 1: It's kind of a bummer though, I mean, you know, to stop the chase, but yet at the same time, that's where the freedom is.
00:07:13
Speaker 4: Yeah, definitely, I was very excited to start that forty day journey.
00:07:22
Speaker 1: Yeah, it sounds like there is a bit of exhaustion.
00:07:24
Speaker 4: Definitely tired of feeling bad about myself and physically. Yeah, and only comparing of course to other women my age or what you know, I think I should be at my.
00:07:42
Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, all those ideals we hold for ourselves, right, yeah. Okay, So Tephanie did the forty Day Journey and then you signed up for coaching.
00:07:53
Speaker 1: And what did that look like.
00:07:55
Speaker 2: Had you met Tara in one of the groups during the forty day journey or was she brain she.
00:08:01
Speaker 4: Was there that I don't think I didn't like me meet her, but she was one woman that was on the call. And I'm very nervous about like I've never done one on one coaching. I've never done anything more than like you know, the forty day a journey was already like a step for me because I wasn't sure what to expect or how much I was supposed to share or how much I would be on the spot. But that was that was actually really good because we were in a group and then to get a little bit more a smaller group or one on one. I was nervous because I I'm private, like I don't like to share too much, and to be honest with you, I've never done any therapy, so to me, this was like me stepping into kind of therapy. So yeah, it was a little story.
00:08:59
Speaker 1: Okay, Gary, but you were so brave, So kudos to you.
00:09:05
Speaker 2: I think there's probably a lot of women listening that are like, oh, yeah, me too, I'm private.
00:09:09
Speaker 1: I can't do that. I'm private. But what was it like when you started to share and open up? Like, how did for you?
00:09:17
Speaker 4: From what I remember, there was three four other women with Tara, so there was five of us total. And what was really eye opening was how each of them struggled with some of the same things that I do, and it but just so in an honest, like very honest sharing, and that was very encouraging because I feel like, oh wow, I'm not the only one that feels this way. And people the group was very supportive, like very willing to encourage and cheer you along and cheer me along. And I loved Tara because she always had a lot of wisdom and helped encourage each us of us so well. And I just even just listening to her speaking to the other women and me, and it was a very I guess I said several times, a very encouraging time to process and felt very safe as well.
00:10:22
Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I love that.
00:10:24
Speaker 2: And so now you're talking about like the group coaching, just in case anyone listening wasn't following, because Taffany went from forty day to group coaching, and so that's where you had just this group of five yes, with Tara, and I love to hear how encouraging it was. Tara. What's it like that first week or so with a brand new group like Teffanese group. I mean, does everyone in the same boat, feeling a little nervous about being there.
00:10:53
Speaker 1: Oh my gosh.
00:10:54
Speaker 5: And this was actually one of my my first groups that I have the privilege of, which was such a blessing.
00:11:03
Speaker 1: Oh my gosh.
00:11:04
Speaker 6: I was so nervous too, which is so beautiful, because what's so great about these groups is you get to come just as you are, So I could bring my nerves and I could tell them. I could tell them right out.
00:11:17
Speaker 5: And I knew by me sharing any of my weaknesses, my story and even where I was in the moment was going to be an invitation for them to share theirs. And so that's not how we meet women out in the world today, Is it right to me creating and fostering these groups of just wanting this beautiful safe and I always call it it's our sacred space, and we always begin and we would pray and ask the Holy Spirit into it, into this beautiful sacred space where I think for many of us women, I know for me it was even as a group leader. Now it's just giving the opportunity to actually share in a vulnerable way without like the fear, like you bring it that first time, right, but the fear starts to melt away right. I think did you feel that too, Tephany, As you begin to share, and all of a sudden you're like, oh my gosh, and everyone looks different and has, you know, their own unique, nuanced stories, and yet all of us are like shaking our heads along with one another, like I've been there, I've been there, and for the first time, you can just see the nerves from like that day one meeting one. You can just see each progressive meeting the beautiful way. It's such a privilege to watch these women just grow and change and sort of like open up and some of those fears and things just melt away. It's really amazing.
00:12:50
Speaker 1: You said.
00:12:50
Speaker 2: Something I'm going to key in on, Tara is that we don't relate to women like this and the real Teffany, had you ever shared any of the stuff with anyone else before?
00:13:04
Speaker 4: No, some of it, I mean, our stories, but just how we felt about them was different. Because you know, everybody talks about what diet they're doing, what exercise they're doing, so they're trying to but this was not about that. This was about how you were processing your struggles and being really honest with because we were trying to to really see it as you know, God sees things, and so it was a different way of processing the issues and so it was it was and it was a different are you know, we were on different stages of life. Some of us had kid, you know, younger kids, some of us have grandkids, some of us and so it was really amazing to see how we can all support each other in the different phases of life and that it's still you know, a common ground that you can all connect in. And so it was it was very unique.
00:14:09
Speaker 1: I have to say, yeah, yeah, I love that.
00:14:13
Speaker 2: I mean, just as someone who has tried to coordinate these groups over the years, i mean sometimes it's been like there's a group and it's like okay, everyone's over fifty and you know, kind of the same life stage. And then sometimes it's not been that way, and it's just been really neat to see God work through both, right, because there is, like you said, there's a beauty to being able to be like, yeah, well I'm actually here and I'm still struggling, or you know, hey, we're going to struggle before you get to my age, or you know, there's just different ways that we can encourage each other no matter what stage we're in.
00:14:53
Speaker 5: So I love that, yeah, and I want to I want to hone in on what Timmy just said, the word unique. And I love the you said that, Tefhani, because that was my experience when I first when I began as a client as well. And I think that that's it's so funny listening to you know. There is no magic.
00:15:13
Speaker 4: You know, there's no unicorn, there's no magic.
00:15:15
Speaker 5: And I love I love you know now that reality is wonderful to kind of let go of that, right. But to your point you said how they're like, oh, you know, in the beginning, it can be sad, and then there is this beautiful to use that word magic that happens and it's it's Jesus, right, and it's it's the Holy Spirit and it's God. And in the way that Heather created this body, you know, freedom framework is incredible. And so for the lessons that you guys would do each week and just the amount of information that was in there, it is so much and like you said, it is it's a holy way of thinking, a holy way of processing. It's so it really is a journey that's too much to walk alone, right, And as we say all the time, it's healing and growth, you know, happens in community and God builds these beautiful relationships. And I think unique is such an amazing word to use for these groups. Is because I experienced it as the client and realized there is something magical that happens in here. You know, that kind of magic that the world talks about doesn't exist, but we know what that magic is now.
00:16:34
Speaker 1: We know that's God, that's the Holy Spirit that's happening.
00:16:37
Speaker 2: What was it like going through the Bodyment Freedom Framework? So you had videos and things to do every week and then you came together in process.
00:16:48
Speaker 1: What was that like for you? Did it feel like a lot of work? Like?
00:16:50
Speaker 2: What did you experience as you walked through the course in addition to the coaching.
00:16:57
Speaker 4: Some of it felt because you really had to think, and some of it was reading verses and processing but thinking through some of the work was a little more challenging than others. But it wasn't hard in the sense of I didn't think I'd get through it right. I felt like it was just something that I did. I did understand that being intentional with the time is what's going to help me grow and not just you know, fly through it and putting the time in is important, and so some of the topics were easier to go through than others, but overall it was very helpful. I say this all the time because I want to go through it again. I think going through it once is not enough, and I haven't gone through it again. But I went through their Body Image Freedom Framework. But then we also did the Attunement and I was thinking, how could that build on the Body Image Framework and Freedom Framework and it did. It was like Wow, all of it is just so beneficial. And I still am working through it. I'd have to say, I mean, it's a journey, like you're never going to get to the end. But I felt like it was, uh get I get. Some of it was easier to do and some of it was I felt like I really need to spend more time and it just took longer.
00:18:31
Speaker 1: Yeah.
00:18:32
Speaker 2: Yeah, just to kind of clarify for the listener.
00:18:36
Speaker 1: So you did the.
00:18:37
Speaker 2: BODYMAE Freedom Framework, and then we have a program that follows that called the Attendant Reset, which is what Tephanie was referencing. And we invite graduates and we don't actually graduate you necessarily, but we invite those who have finished the Body of Wage Freedom Framework coaching course program to go into the Attendant Reset, which focuses a little bit more on food.
00:18:58
Speaker 1: But our philosophy here.
00:18:59
Speaker 3: Is that you're gonna have a much better Dare I say easier?
00:19:04
Speaker 1: I don't know. That's probably not the right word.
00:19:06
Speaker 2: But but it's going to be a more effective journey if you work on your body stuff first. Now, some people do get away with working on their food stuff first, but I think for the vast majority of the population, working on the body stuff first allows you to be freer when you start to work on the food stuff, and that allows everything to stick a little bit better.
00:19:25
Speaker 1: So that's kind of the process here. But I want to know Tephany, like.
00:19:29
Speaker 2: Okay, see you've done all these courses, you started the forty day, went all the way through, Like.
00:19:34
Speaker 1: Where are you now? Like how are you feeling? Like? What has changed? What's your after story?
00:19:42
Speaker 4: So I was thinking about that because I was like, well, what was it like? Because I started this about a year ago. Now it was a year ago in May, and you know, when you're in it, you don't realize the change, and so thinking back, I'm like, well, now i feel like I'm at a place where I'm not a different size, but I feel different about myself, like I feel I'm not looking for a diet anymore. I know that that's not the answer, I know, But at the same time, I know I want to treat my body well, right. I want to take care of my body, not because I want to be a certain size, but just because God gave us a body to you know, move and treat it well. So I'm still learning what that looks like. I'm still figuring that out, but I definitely am in a better place, especially because before so I have two kids who got married within a year of each other, and prior I started the body image framework right before my first one got married, and it helped me deal with the pictures and all that, because I hated myself in pictures before. But then when I got to the weddings, especially this last wedding, it was more of a I'm thankful for the moment, thankful for the time, and not so hung up on how do I look in these pictures, but remember, you know, just enjoying the occasion and the fact that we can celebrate my kids in this way, and I'm grateful for that. I can see the shift in that, not that I don't sometimes say, oh, you know, I would love to be dinner. But then I catch myself, I'm like, that's not what's going to give you peace or joy, right, And so I can I'm in a better place, for sure, and I'm very grateful for that, and I'm still growing.
00:21:53
Speaker 1: And learning.
00:21:54
Speaker 4: But I whenever I you know, we just had the holidays and you see family, and.
00:22:00
Speaker 1: It's no.
00:22:02
Speaker 4: When people ask about, you know, oh what do you do, I'm like, oh, I'm I don't diet anywhere. That's I don't care.
00:22:08
Speaker 1: About that anymore.
00:22:10
Speaker 4: Now let's go, you know, have fun and play. I'll do that, but I'm not going to think. You know, I can tell there's been a shift, and I'm very grateful for that, and.
00:22:19
Speaker 1: I want to keep going. I want to keep that. Yeah, I think, you know, that's one of the hardest things.
00:22:25
Speaker 2: I think we have to explain when we talk about this coaching program, and you know, terror maybe you can jump in here too, but it's like I would love to promise you that you'll be fixed at the end of twelve weeks or twenty four weeks and you'll never think about your body again.
00:22:41
Speaker 3: But like any program that promises you that, be it a diet or any other kind of program, it's just lying because this is going to be to some level a struggle. But it's about the kind of struggle, right, And what I hear you saying, Tephany is Yeah, of course I would not.
00:23:01
Speaker 2: Be human if I didn't have these thoughts, Right, you'd have to live under a rock to be like, yeah, I've never thought about how I look at pictures, right, Like, this is not the culture we live in. But yet the change that we're going for really is a change of focus. Right, and hopefully at the end of if you give us twelve weeks, if you give us twenty weeks, Like, hopefully at the end of that, our goal is really that you'll start to see things.
00:23:31
Speaker 1: With a different perspective.
00:23:33
Speaker 2: Right, You'll see the body God gave you from a different perspective. You'll see your struggle from a different perspective. You'll you'll see the world through Kingdom glasses versus through cultures narrowly defined you know, definitions, right, and so like, our goal is really, I would say, simply to help you draw closer to Jesus than this.
00:23:59
Speaker 1: Instead of battling it on your own thinking. The solution is changing your body. I mean, Teppany, was that your experience? Is that an outcome you feel like you gained?
00:24:09
Speaker 4: Yeah, And I really needed the guidance of the courses and the coaching because it's so ingrained the old way of thinking. It takes time to shift and you need help. I needed help to shift, and I'm still shifting. It's not like I'm all the way there. But the biggest blessing I got recently over Thanksgiving, my niece told me how much she looked up to me as far as being a role model for her, and I realized it was not my physical appearance that mattered, right, It was the way I you know, loving God or encouraging her. Being more confident in who God made me to be influences those around you. And it was just such a blessing to hear that. I didn't even expect her to say that to me, you know, because a teenager you don't hear you don't expect those things from a teenager. But the fact that she said that to me was so huge, and I realized, God, when we get so caught in our own head about how you know, negative thoughts. It affects everyone around us. So when you shift, it's not just helping you, but it's helping people around you too. So anyway, it's been, it's been. I'm very grateful for this journey, and I'm grateful because I want to be a better example to my children, to my nieces, to my nephews and not you know, I just want to be a positive and a good role model for them in this area.
00:25:56
Speaker 1: Oh, I love that so much.
00:25:58
Speaker 2: I mean, boy, call Or has lied to us and told us the way to get everyone to look up to you is to wear a certain size and look a certain way. But we all know that's not really what we're looking for. Yeah, and your niece proves that.
00:26:12
Speaker 1: I love that, Tara. You have thoughts. I know you do. I see them, of course.
00:26:18
Speaker 5: Oh there's never enough time to capture them all. I have so many beautiful thoughts. I always think of this journey and just the gratitude I share with Teffany. To have been able to walk it as a client, and to be able to walk through with these women is just the greatest privilege. And as you were saying, hither too, like the challenge with the coaching is just it's shifting that false belief like we come in with so many of them, you know, as Teffani was saying, it's really so ingrained. We have so many false beliefs, and one of them is that healing health freedom looks like never thinking these thoughts again, never feeling bad, never being upset, never wish your body was different. And that's that's what culture tells us, but that's not what the reality is. What it is And the word that kept coming to me too when I was going through it was the power, the grip that it had on my life, the obsession, what it stole from me, and my ability to serve God, to love Him, to be able to you know exactly what Tefani was just saying, to be a light to those around her. You know how beautiful that could be.
00:27:33
Speaker 4: That was all stifled.
00:27:35
Speaker 5: And the power that this has over us is so enormous. When we first come in, and I remember very early on, I couldn't really believe a lot of the truth. So your voice, Heather, was the truth that I needed to hear to believe. And then over time, as that power and the Holy Spirit works on us and we begin to receive the love of Jesus, that grip breaks down, and what it turns into is our own voice begins to speak the truth to us, and all of a sudden, the struggle feels a little lighter because as we know, you know John sixteen thirty three is one of my favorite and hardest scriptures, is that in this world we will have trials forbulations and there will be hard times, but it's how much what do we do with those hard times when they come? And what truth are we speaking back?
00:28:29
Speaker 4: And that is what this journey brought.
00:28:31
Speaker 5: And oh my gosh, just to hear Teffany in her story, like I just I have chills because remembering from that day one and going through and as I always say to anyone that I work with, like at any point in any time, if you need me, like I'm here, you call like and just as you do, Heathery're like, we'll do a one on one her group. We all met as a group and checked in with each other and stay connected. I even have the beautiful privilege of meeting Teffany in person, which was amazing because we don't live near each other, but she ends up having a brother right around the corner from where I live and we got to meet in person and actually hug one another, and it was such a gift in her journey, in watching her grow has been amazing, and the one thing she did was kind of going back to her just being here telling her story. She's so brave, like even when it got really hard, even when the struggle felt overwhelming, because in the beginning it does, she's still trusted and she showed up and she was always willing with an open heart. And now to hear that you can stop the you know, the spiral from happening, right, that's what we all of us want. It's like we all have those days where we glance, we look in the mirror, we think, oh, yeah, it'd be great to be thinner, and then to know not only no with your head, but no with your heart. And that's not where the freedom is. That's not what makes me loved and valued. It's so good to hear.
00:29:55
Speaker 4: You say that.
00:29:56
Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, so, I guess in some ways happening here my grandchild.
00:30:00
Speaker 4: Yeah, yes, exactly.
00:30:02
Speaker 2: Kara was my first, one of my first or well nut firsts, but an early client too, my daughter in this journey, and then for her to be carrying on the coaching and coaching you yeah, and I just, you know, to kind of reiterate with that's herah, I don't know how to make it maybe even more plain.
00:30:23
Speaker 1: Rights. It's the difference between I see a.
00:30:28
Speaker 2: Picture of myself at my child's wedding or gradual PII, or I don't know.
00:30:34
Speaker 1: I was out with friends and for some reason someone had to take a picture of us I don't know why.
00:30:39
Speaker 2: And I see that picture and I either immediately hear all of that shame and condemnation and spend the next day thinking about it, and then the next day thinking about it more and trying to figure out how to starve myself or get liposection.
00:30:57
Speaker 1: This that's still a thing.
00:30:58
Speaker 2: I don't know, you like, I'm figuring out all the things to do right, and it consumes me for a week or weeks or months, or it doesn't stop consuming me because I stay obsessed, and then someone else takes the picture and it happens again, and it just keep spiraling and spiraling.
00:31:14
Speaker 1: It's the difference between that and I see the picture and I think, oh, man.
00:31:21
Speaker 2: Boy, a little older and a little rounder than I had hoped I would look in this photograph.
00:31:29
Speaker 1: Oh well, yeah, that's still got something for me to do. I got other important stuff to do. I got important stuff he wants me to be after.
00:31:39
Speaker 2: This week like I, like you said, Tephanie, like I can take time to take.
00:31:44
Speaker 1: Care of my body.
00:31:45
Speaker 2: But man, chasin chasin' that ideal image.
00:31:49
Speaker 1: I know where that leads, and it's nowhere. It's nowhere with light at least. So yeah, if you were listening today and you're like, man, I wonder what it would be like to feel like that spiral could stop.
00:32:05
Speaker 2: I don't think it's possible for the spiral to spot. You don't know how much I spiral? Oh friend, we know how much is spiral? So come on in the Latter's fine. We can help, We really can. Tephanie, any other thoughts from your journey or just you know, anything you feel like you'd want to say. Don't encourage someone listening today, Well.
00:32:27
Speaker 4: One, I want to encourage them to come on this journey. It is definitely a blessing and it gets you started, and it helps you head into the best direction, and that's closer to the Lord and how he sees you. And so I'm very grateful that I took this journey and and now just to say the fact that I can even say what I said of where I'm now, I never thought I would get there. So I can't wait to see where God will keep taking me. But it's it's been really encouraging, and I hope this encourages someone to take that step.
00:33:16
Speaker 1: I appreciate you saying that so much, Stephani. I love I love those kind of testimonies. They make me get choked up. Yeah, para your final thought.
00:33:27
Speaker 5: Same feeling like I'm a little a little choked up now too, And I think that's one of the hardest things and one of the most beautiful things of this is I get to watch and see and and just walk with and hold hands with these women and I truly, I mean everyone that I get to cross pathwds I'm praying for and then to see what.
00:33:50
Speaker 4: God does is so incredible.
00:33:53
Speaker 5: And I love it when they don't need me anymore, and yet I hate it when they don't need me anymore because we build these beautiful relations. And the great thing is is you know, I will forever be checking in with Tephany and just hearing about her because because it's incredible. It's incredible what God's done with her. And so it's just a privilege to have been able to be your client, Heather, and now to be able to take what you gave to me and again use my story to share it for God's glory. And now I see Teffany and she's going to get get to go.
00:34:30
Speaker 4: Out and do the same thing.
00:34:32
Speaker 5: And this is Kingdom work, Like, there's nothing more beautiful than this. So I'm just I feel so overwhelmed with gratitude to be a part of this.
00:34:41
Speaker 2: Yes and name then, so the moral of the story is if you've said to yourself, yeah, this is.
00:34:48
Speaker 1: One area God I'll never touch.
00:34:50
Speaker 2: I'm never going to be different, that's just a lie, friend, that's just an enemy lion in your ear, just like you're lying about all the other things. It doesn't have to be that. God does want you to be free, and you can have that freedom.
00:35:06
Speaker 1: It's not elusive.
00:35:08
Speaker 2: It's not only for Tephany and Tara, It's for you too. So we have a forty day journey starting in just about a week. You can go to Improvefidamins dot com look for the forty Day Journey tab you can find up there.
00:35:23
Speaker 1: We would love to have you.
00:35:24
Speaker 3: Join us that group bit to Bends.
00:35:27
Speaker 2: Normally twenty thirty forty fifty women are a part of that group.
00:35:32
Speaker 1: So that's a larger group.
00:35:33
Speaker 2: And then it's Tephany explained, you know, she went on to smaller group coaching, and that's an option for anyone who goes through the forty day journey. And then eventually you can find yourself in the attainment reset too. If food is a place where you need a little bit extra support, but the place to start is a forty day journey, and I really hope that.
00:35:50
Speaker 1: You'll consider joining us for that. It's only fifty nine.
00:35:52
Speaker 2: Dollars, Like that's less than ten bucks a week. Come on, that's cheaper than Starbucks. Now if you get you know, cocona milk and a shot of vanilla and carmel and all the other things that I get in my Starbuck shrink, it's way cheaper than that. So please consider being brave like Tephany, She's led the way and joining us on that journey. Tephany Tara, thank you so much for me on the show today.
