I had the good fortune of being a guest on this podcast. Prior to that I had been a fan. Both Chris and Andrew were wonderful host. This is a real podcast from folks who are a part of the food and beverage industry. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks again fellas.
First time listening was the episode with Anthony DiGiulian and it was awesome. Lots of good info for people who just want to become better home cooks and support small businesses. Shout out to Keepwell Vinegar/White Rose Miso.
This podcast gives you the practical and empowering advice to make your dream of being a chef your reality. It was interesting that they talked about in one episode where culinary school was not that necessary and you can get started right away from the ground up towards your dreams. To me listening to this podcast IS CULINARY SCHOOL!!
I’m a new listener and new to the industry and I’m enjoying it. They use simple language for non-culinary schooled people to follow and understand and thus, very relatable.
If your local to DMV you should be listening to this podcast.
Four episodes in, and I’m loving it. Chris and Andrew have a great rapport. They dig into some deep topics about the food industry, but still keep it light. I can’t wait to hear all the guests they have lined up
This is going to be a great podcast. I know it’s only a brief intro episode, but I’m really looking forward to the show, and hearing all the advice from a wide range of food entrepreneurs
