001. God Loves You!

As children raised in the post-Vatican II years, we came away from our childhood faith formation knowing primarily that “God Loves Us.”  

Since then, we’ve learned that growing in faith is a lifelong journey meant to be shared with others.  

In this first episode, we invite you to join us on this journey. We’ll do some reflection on where we’ve been and what we learned along the way.  We’ll also share the story behind choosing the title, “Of Sound Mind and Spirit.”

From this episode: How can we go out and truly love other people if we don’t first know the love of God?”  

We want to know! How do you live your faith in the ordinary of daily life - in the middle of all the hustle and bustle and busyness that envelopes us constantly?
