Parent/SSP Parts Coach

Gazit Chaya Nkosi (they/m) can be described as an Autistic, AFAB trans/nonbinary, queer, white, mystic, seeker, neurocomplex, parent, ET experiencer, and SSP/parts work/coach, among other things. Their greatest joy is to delve into our personal and collective suffering and learn what aspect of "culture" is getting in the way of our soul's expression. They particularly enjoy sojourning with neurocomplex folks who have a touch of the mystical through offering the Safe and Sound Listening Protocol alongside somatic parts work. For those of us who have tried every modality and still feel stuck in reactivity or disassociation, the combo of these two modalities can be incredibly supportive to building a life worth living. Having lived through decades of suicidal thinking and self harm and having life fall apart again and again, Gazit Chaya understands intimately how very discouraging it can be. To be loving life in all its complexities feels like a true miracle and they are excited to share the journey with others!
