How to consistently release Podcast Episodes

The hardest thing to do when you start a podcast is to stay consistent. You are not the only one who feels this! The biggest problem with being inconsistent is that your listeners will go somewhere else for their content. Our goal as podcasters is to be dependable to our audience so they know what to expect and when to expect it, thus creating a loyal following. Follow these simple tips to make sure you stay consistent!

Takeaways:

Batch record your episodes! This may not work for every podcast, but if you can, this is a great way to stay consistent. Record all the content at once, and you can edit later. Use the pod decks to create great non-time specific episodes!

Sketch out 12 weeks of podcast ideas! If you fail to plan, you will plan to fail. Use Trello to manage the pipeline of your podcast so you can remain consistent!

Take the time shackles off! There are no rules in podcasting. You can make a long episode or a short one, but what’s important is that you are releasing content. Your audience wants transparency, so give it to them!
