The evening will include a ceremonial welcome at horse Guards Parade, a carriage procession along the mall, and formal introductions to King Charles and Queen Camilla at Buckingham Palace. There, King Charles and Queen Camella will welcome the guests with a ceremonial welcome complete with a Royal Salute, the playing of the Qatari national anthem, and an inspection of the first Battalion Welsh Guards.

The Emir and Shikha Jawar will also visit Westminster Abbey for a guided tour and Westminster Palace, where the Amir will address parliamentarians and attend a reception. Later in the day, the Prince of Wales will received the Emir at Kensington Palace before the royal family hosts a state banquet at Buckingham Palace. Although the Princess of Wales will miss the banquet due to her gradual return to royal duties after chemotherapy, her presence at the visit marks her continuing recovery and involvement in royal events.
