Originally retailing for about thirty five dollars, the paperback version now fetches just sixty three cents on the secondhand market, with the hardback slightly more valuable at four dollars thirty for comparison, it's still being sold for seventeen fifty on Amazon and discounted to eleven dollars at Waterstones. The memoir's initial success was undeniable, with over four hundred thousand copies sold in the UK on its release date, and is staggering one point four million copies sold across all formats in the UK, Canada and Britain.
