Fast forward a year and the first two hubs, major distribution centers in partnership with charities like fair Share and the Felix Project, are ready to go live. One hub will open with a Surplus Food festival featuring meals made from rescued food and it's no small operation. These hubs are poised to transform food distribution across the UK.

A newly installed industrial freezer alone will boost capacity by four hundred percent, ensuring even more food can be saved from waste.
