Tony Casillas: Growing Through Adversity

On this episode Tony Casillas shares how the lessons he learned through facing adversity as an athlete led to taking bigger risks with greater results. Tony Casillas is a retired NLF Defensive Tackle and 2x Super Bowl Champion (SB XXVII & SB XXVIII) who played in the NFL for 12 seasons. He played college football at the University of Oklahoma and was a member of their 1985 NCAA National Championship Team. Tony also won both the Lombardi Award and the UPI Lineman of the Year Award in 1985. Tony was drafted in the first round of the 1986 NFL Draft (2nd overall pick) by the Atlanta Falcons. Tony played in the NFL for the Atlanta Falcons, the Dallas Cowboys, the Kansas City Chiefs, the New York Jets, and then he finished out his playing career back with the Dallas Cowboys. Tony is also the host of the Tony Casillas Show and has a weekly live show called Tony's Take which airs on Tuesdays at 5:30 pm Central Time.
