Oklahoma plans to execute its third inmate of the year, putting 70-year-old Carlos Cuesta-Rodriguez to death for the 2003 murder of his girlfriend, Olympic Fisher. Thursday, August 13th is set to become a historic day for inmates on death row. A total of three men will be put to death in three separate states for their crimes.
