But John writes that the quest for Christian assurance is a group project. 1 John is not a test but a study guide for the believer, not so that we can prove to God we are saved, but that God can prove to us that we are saved! The same Jesus who gave us life also gives us assurance.

Director of Children's Ministry Tim Helm fills the pulpit for our last Sunday gathering of 2021 bringing the hope of Christmas....future!

The Christmas season is a lot like Pastor Tyler's favorite dessert: dark chocolate. It's sweet, but it's also bitter. Ecclesiastes 3:1-15 shows us that things will sometimes be a season of sweet, and sometimes there will be a season of bitter. Yet through this we learn to embrace the gifts and the pain through the lens of the giver.

Keep calm and carry on. As Daniel comes to a close, this is the message that God gives to Daniel, and to us, as the end of times is prophesied. Evil people are coming, and God's people will go through trials, but God promises that both will come to an end!

Daniel is horrified and depressed by the events that have transpired, but the Lord brings an angel to give him peace and comfort in his worst moments.

Daniel receives another disturbing vision that will predict World events to come. Even though God is allowing of evil things to occur, he is not unaware of evil and he is not defeated by evil.
