As I get ready to continue with shows in 2023, I want to know what you want to hear. Please take 5 minutes to fill out this survey. It's only 7 questions and is anonymous. Over the past 30 years, the world of the personal chef has grown in importance to fulfill dining needs. While the pandemic certainly upended the restaurant experience, it allowed personal chefs to close that dining gap.  Central to all of that is the United States Personal Chef Association.

Chris Spear:

As 2022 comes to a close, I want to thank you, the listeners for supporting this podcast. I just celebrated three years of doing it. And this is episode 177. The show recently passed 100,000 downloads. I've had some amazing guests. And if you were one of them an extra big thank you, I wouldn't have a show without you. So actually no new episode today. Instead, what I want is your feedback. As we go into the new year, I'm trying to decide what direction the podcast and community will take. I have some ideas of things I want to do, but I want your feedback. I'm going to keep this short, because what I really want you to do is go in the show notes or go to chefs without restaurants.org. And you're going to find a link to a podcast survey. It's literally only seven questions. It should take you about five minutes at most to do of questions addressing episode length type of episode, who you'd like to hear on the show. And just a couple more questions, I want to make the show that you want to listen to. So that's all I want from you this week is to just turn off this episode at the very end and go take that survey. It's anonymous. If you want to put your contact info and email you can there's a open space at the bottom for comments and questions. But I just want to get a general overview of what you all want out of the show. And of course, as you've heard on the show before, the show would not be possible without the support of our sponsors. I'm currently working on some sponsorship agreements for the next year. If you'd like to sponsor the show, whether it be for a month or the whole year, get in touch with me at chefs without restaurants@gmail.com And this week's show has been brought to you by the United States personal chef association. So please listen to their sponsor message. And I hope you all have a happy and safe New Year. I'll talk to you in 2023 I hope to even see a lot of you in person. Have a good one.
