Maddy Roche is the Chief Growth Officer of Childfree Trust, where she oversees all marketing, growth strategy, and prospect engagement. She brings more than a decade of experience helping financial advisors build, grow, and sustain successful advisory practices.
Before joining Childfree Trust, Maddy was XYPN’s first employee and went on to hold several senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Getting Sh!t Done, Executive Business Coach, and Senior Director of Member Success. She also hosted XYPN’s podcast, Behind the Advisor. In these roles, she helped design and lead the teams and systems that deepened member value and supported thousands of advisors through every stage of their entrepreneurial journeys.
As an executive business coach, Maddy specialized in mindset and burnout, consistently giving her clients permission to pursue their version of success, not someone else’s. She is deeply committed to the belief that everyone deserves a relationship with a great financial advisor, and she brings that conviction, along with energy, expertise, and compassion, to her work at Childfree Trust.
