I am a Certified Practitioner in many modalities in order to awaken, empower, connect and transmute my clients to more than their NOW!. I am also a published co-author to Pathways to Vibrant Health & Well-Being - An Amazon # 1 Bestseller and I am a contributing speaker/educator to Powerful You Women's Network (TM) as well as conducting workshop around the Northern Virginia Area.

I am very excited to be combining several modalities to my program which can only benefit my clients into their own quest to wellness and a sense of well being. By releasing some of the emotional blocks and underlined emotions, I am able to provide my clients some tools to enhance their confidence level and provide support through food education, awareness of their mindset to achieve a state of conscious living.. My ultimate goal is to offer my clients, the possibility to become their authentic selves and live a blissful life with the support of my skills and intuitive guidance...
