With a master’s degree, a doctorate in food science, a diploma in sports nutrition from the International Olympic Committee and more than 20 years as a snack innovator and product developer for several of the largest food companies in America, he was the perfect guy to get it done. This is the journey of how P-nuff Crunch was born, and how it went from being a dream to becoming a company backed by Mark Cuban in the ABC hit Shark Tank.
