Maggie Perotin was born in communist Poland, and started her journey in very different circumstances than most of us. She eventually immigrated to Canada and became an international business and leadership coach. She has leveraged her own life experiences to develop the "DREAM-PLAN-DO" coaching model to help people find what she calls, the "blind spot" and align their mindset, business skills and high-performance habits.

About Maggie in her own words:
My unique perspective on business, leadership, and life comes from: - last generation that remembers communist regime - I was born and raised in Poland, simple childhood
- immigrated to Canada - first plane I was ever on was me moving here
- 14 years in leadership positions in male dominated industry, with lots of engineers (I am not one :))
- divorced - it was my decision and not because it was an abusive marriage It wasn't) & then happily remarried with the love of my life
- went through a corporate burn out that led me to rethink what I want to do with the rest of my life - that's how I started my coaching business
