Our 2nd annual MENtal Health Walk is coming up on June 14th.

We ask that you reach out to a male-identifying person in your life, invite them out for a walk -- we suggest 5km -- and check in with them. In order to break the stigma and normalize men talking to each other about their mental health, we particularly invite men to reach out to the men in their lives.

You can post pictures to our socials using #MENtalHealthWalk.

If you are in Ottawa, join us for our walk. Following it, we will host our LIVE monthly PubCast.
