I notice a disturbing trend online that seems to be intensifying now, even though it's been happening for years.
Basically, there are private groups led by Pilates teachers with followings, where they spend an inordinate amount of time trash talking about other teachers who are not in the group.
This has happened to me, as well as many of my friends and colleagues.
There is nothing like getting a PM of screen shots of the shit people are saying about you.
And then realizing that many of them are your "friends" and are still commenting on your posts and acting like everything's fine.
Are we in 6th grade?
All I have to say is, if you have to tear other people down in order to build yourself up, and the leader of your group encourages this, you have deeper problems than a Pilates disagreement.
This is bullying, plain and simple.
Just saying.
