The Best Exercise Is the One You'll Do

People always ask me what the best exercise program is, and my answer is always the same - the one you will do!

If you hate to exercise, you need to find what you kind of like, so you can continue to do those things.

For instance, I love weight training, TRX, Pilates, and HIIT. Not so much long form cardio, yoga, or running. So I stay away from what I don't like, and I'm able to continue exercising regularly.

It takes some experimenting, but ultimately you will find what you like doing and it will be easier to stick with it.
