If you are a Pilates teacher and have not clearly defined your niche or your ideal client, then you are in fact open to sere any and all people who seek your help.
When people gift you with their time and attention, let alone their cash, they deserve a judgment-free, healthy environment in which to explore Pilates and feel better.
Not every Pilates teacher needs to work with every kind of client, and the sooner you define who you want to serve and start talking to them, the happier you will be as a teacher.
